I went for this £50 offer as I thought it must be better quality than those heaters advertised at £14. Sad to say I was wrong.
The machine is well made, but of no use.
The heat output is totally inadequate.
To read the screen to determine temperature settings etc. One has to get down on the floor to see it.
Because the remote does not have screen one has to guess what the settings are being chosen.
Please do not be misled as we were. If you want a mini heater with mini-output go for the £14 range. If you want a heater that gives heat, go for a proper plug in job about £30.

Absolute rubbish!! My boiler has gone wrong and the ads saying this thing uses hardly any electricity captured my attention. It took ages to arrive and I thought it took too long to arrive. I had been using a small fan heater in the bedroom but it was very expensive so I thought this would solve that. Not a chance!! If anything it is more expensive to run and only makes the bedroom, a small one, slightly warmer than the rest of the very cold house. Not warm enough to sit in the room. I can't afford to send it back so I'm pondering how to get rid of this Chinese rubbish. Absolute rubbish! Do not buy!!

The one I bought was so poor quality that the plug is on upside-down meaning that it isn't safe to plug in
It may heat up a cupboard, but don't expect to adequately warm up a room

Not what i expected.It has minimal effect when it comes to heating a room.Very much overpriced and should be avoided by potential customers.Advertising blurb is very misleading.A struggle to award it one star!

Rubbish heater doesn’t warm a room at all. Also you have to use an extension lead if you live in older houses because sockets were then nearer to the floor

Do not buy this heater had mine plugged in for about 45 minutes and the front dial mounted ,this is not safe and anyone that give it a review of 5 is liing,

As about as much good as a fart in a thunderstorm.
A total waste of money

Terrible. I bought 2 heaters. One worked twice before packing up and, given other people's reviews, I don't hold out much hope of the second one working for very long. I believe it is a scam and needs to be investigated. I've raised a dispute with PayPal so I shall see what happens.
Avoid at all costs!

Looks good, but although I followed instructions explicitly, the device failed totally to deliver its promises. A complete waste of money. Am asking for refund but responses are unclear. Would strongly advise NOT purchasing this product

Chinese Scam. Run away.

I have had delivery today of my Pro Heater. Brought it from the manufacturer website and it was a bargain.
I was a little concerned that it was a scam.
It's definitely not. The heater is amazing. Heats up really quite. Doesn't use much electricity. Yes it's a bit noisy. But heck who cares when it saving you money by not have the central heating on.
So pleased.

After reading all these reviews I was a bit sceptical about buying one of these heaters mine took just over a week to get here and it came well boxed and packaged and with full instructions I followed the instructions and plugged it in and I can say its the best heater I have bought works really well and heats up the room really quickly.
I would reccomend this heater for anyone who wants to heat a room cheaply and safely.
I also bought it from econ7 and I've had no problems.

I bought one for £49 then read the reviews on TrustPilot (I know, wrong way round) so didn’t dare plug it in. Since there was no info on wattage, etc., I believe this cannot be legal so wrote to them and said I was contacting Trading Standards. They refunded full amount and told me not to bother returning item (to Spain at my cost).

I did search for reviews, which looked positive, but wished I had checked Trustpilot, as this is nothing more than an overpriced heater and a not very good one.
The ad states it is economical to run, but they won't say how much kwh it uses, so it is not possible to verify this.
Don't buy is my advice.

I have never bought this product, but the bottom line is this. All electric heaters without a fan are 100% efficient. That is they turn all the electricity they use into heat. But while electric heaters are extremely efficient, electricity is very expensive to buy. A modern gas boiler is about 90% efficient, but gas in the UK is less than half the price of electricity even at the current high prices. So gas is always cheaper. Its simply impossible for an electric heater to warm your house cheaper than a gas boiler or fire. The only exception is a heat pump. But that uses very different technology to this device. This is nothing more than a grossly over priced low power electric fan heater.

I bought one of these. A very hazard device. Mine one plug pin broken first time plugged in. And the pin actually inside the socket. A very unsafe and dangerous product. Don't buy if you wants to live just a bit longer.
Today 31/10/2022. At last got the refund back into my account. Thankyou.

I ordered two of these German machines. Arrived marked made in China and neither worked at all. Just blew out cold air.

PayPal refunded me after buying this, so you don't have to.
You can buy similar on Aliexpress for a fraction of the cost of these marked up death traps.

I purchased this product as website says German design etc.. I deliberately paid extra wanting a higher quality product, Received a product "Made in China". Does not heat at all. Very loud. Website says "Silent". Advert says 220V but plug says 250V. Instructions are poor english - now waiting for refund.

Sorry, just had to say that I can’t believe that people buy crap like this from an advert that pops up on you tube 🤣 you’re all disappointed because SHOCK HORROR…..it’s all BS!!!!! Come one people when will you learn!!!
