The hearing aidsdo not fit in my ear as the canel is narrow + my hudmsband found them very uncomfortable + I am waiting for a reply on ho to 2 return these but have had no contact from the company as yet .

Beware, they provide a UK telephone number for support. If you ring it it rings for a short while, then cuts you off.
I emailed support and said I was trying to talk to support, only to be told they dont offer phone support!!! VERY suspicious. Ive cancelled my credit card and told the bank I want to dispute the transaction, Im told I have to wait for the transaction to go through before raising a dispute. Ive read other reviews since and can see I can return the hearing aids but to CHINA! at my own expense. Leave alone

These ear devices are being sold under different names so it is easy to miss the appalling reviews. Just look under Meluxa for other reviews of these devices. Some of the positive reviews on this site (and Meluxa) look as if they have been written by AI - genuine users seem to have similar problems with aids that do not work and refunds are offered after they are sent to China at the buyer's expense! Avoid, avoid, avoid - or do your research before buying!

These people are liars and sheets,family business in uk is a lie, 60 day refund option is a lie, their website updates the amount you buy on its own, when you contact them they say its already dispatched even though less than 10 minutes have passed and they've not had time to print my address label,when you ask for return address they offer 20% refund if you don't accept that they offer 40% refund, after a week I asked about pending refund, they will get it sorted immediately, after another week waiting they ignore all emails. Disgusting company conning vulnerable elderly people out of money they can't afford, shame I didn't stick with the if it looks too good to be true it's probably rubbish edict,I hope this review makes the next person think twice about wasting their money

Have just received mine this week really surprised that they were so cheap they are excellent it’s a little strange hearing so much so clearly but I will obviously get used to them am considering getting the Bluetooth ones

After thinking I was ordering one set I was automatically upgraded to 2 sets I complained immediately and was told I would have to send the set I hadn’t even ordered back to CHINA I was shocked as I didn’t even order the second pair when we received the package my husband tried the earpiece and was quite impressed but one of the earpieces stopped working after 3days I was offered several amounts of refund off of one set the final offer 50% or send back to china for inspection which would be quite costly so I had to accept the 50%leaving me out of pocket and with one completely useless set

Products not suitable at first they was very helpful but as soon as we asked for refund they turned sour
Absolutely disgusting behaviour trying to take advantage of elderly and needy people
They offered 25% discount to keep the no good product. When we said no thank you
They said we needed to return the item to China and they would be inspected before anything happened
Even though their web site which gives the impression of uk based along with their uk email and phone number
It states hassles free quick and easy refund no questions asked

From someone who has posted several times here, these hearing aids are too big for most ear canals.
I have been offered a 25% refund but apart from trying to resell them what would I do with them?
It was my understanding that they came from a small family business in the UK but they come from China.
Silly me for thinking otherwise!

On 21st May ordered one pair of earbuds but order was updated a few minutes later by Hearmel to 2 pairs, lmmediately tried to phone, no reply just a buzz so went onto contact message site to cancel, told too late . On arrival of package, tried them, did not fit my small ears and after several messages offering me various discounts (25 and 40%), they now tell me to send them back to China. Will not tell me when I will get refund and what info to include with return package. one star for arrival but would rather minus star them

Ordered a pair - got and charge for 2. Immediately applied for a refund and after being offered discounts to keep them finally was told to return them tracked to an address in China. Do not buy anything from these people.

I ordered the hearing aids and it kept coming up with different prices. I looked at my bank account and noticed they had taken 3 different payment. I messaged straight back an told them I only want I pair. They didnt answer me for 3days then I got a email saying they had been dispatched. So I emailed them back and told them I wanted a refund. They offered me 10% discount I've told them I've been in touch with my bank, that this is fraud and they shouldn't have taken the money I'm waiting to hear from them at the minute. The hearing aids work OK but I've only got 2 ears so I don't need 3 pair of them

I ordered these hearing aids and they never arrived. The advertisements lead you to believe they come from the UK but don't be fooled. It's chinese .
After asking for a refund numerous times I have been fobbed off, offered partial "discount" and told they can't refund until the item is returned. "(The system won't allow it)".
I am now looking at legal measures and will leave suitable feedback all over the Internet about this lot.

My husband paid for these on credit card and after ordering, he got a message claiming to be from his credit card company saying that the company was not trustworthy and that he should contact a given number which would take him to the fraud department and that no money would leave his account. He contacted his credit card company on line who said the first payment had been taken but the vendor had tried to take a second payment for the same amount which was declined. Also the text message allegedly from the credit card company vanished. As a result of this we have had a new credit card issued to try and prevent any further fraudulent activity. To be fair the hearing aids did eventually turn up. The credit card company denied sending the text message!

I was not impressed with the aids and decided to return them. After a bit of detective work to find an email address that worked and a wait of a few days, I was offered a 20% refund if I kept the aids. I refused. A few days later I was offered a choice of returning the aids to China or a 40% refund. I agreed to 40%. A month later and I complained about not receiving anything. I was told it had been escalated and would be dealt with promptly. That’s not happened and I can’t imagine I’ll get anything at this point.

The only reason I have given a star is because the product arrived. However, it was not suitable for me, too bulky and I couldn’t get it into my ears. I wanted to return it and here us why I hit problem after problem. I had to return it to China at my expense. This was very expensive so they suggested I keep the product and they would refund me 40%. I was annoyed as at no point did I know i was dealing with China, the company presents as a UK business. They then asked for my bank details to reimburse me. I told them I had paid on credit card and could they please refund to this. They said they couldn’t for security reasons but could refund to PayPal if I have an account. I don’t, so now I’m stuck. I’m worried it’s a scam and they have some if my details. If I’d known I was buying from China I would never have gone ahead. Stop and think before purchasing from this company.
