The products we supply are received sealed from the manufacturer and dispatched in significant volumes each day. Unfortunately, it is not practical for us to open and individually test every product before dispatch, particularly as doing so would mean breaking the manufacturer's original packaging.
Following your contact with us, we provided a prepaid returns label so that the item can be returned to us at no cost to you. Once received, our Returns Team will be able to investigate the issues you have reported.
