This was my first time ordering from HBX and I’m very pleased with my purchased and my experience! I read majority of the reviews and even though there was a lot of negative reviews, I trusted in the site! I asked a fellow fashion Instagram and YouTuber about a pair of shoes and he told me he purchased through this site and informed me they were very legit! I ordered a pair of Maison Mihara Yasuhiro Baker Lows. They came perfect how I expected and the shipment was fast and arrive a day earlier than expected! I would definitely approve of this brand and recommend others to shop here! Everything was authentic and nothing damaged on my order! Thanks HBX!

Purchased shoes, received confirmation of purchase… 3 weeks later and no shipment! Sent company multiple emails and was ignored. Finally was contacted and they cancelled order!!! WoW, I would not trust this company! Have never experienced such poor customer service. Suspect company

This company sucks ass literally does not ship out all items or updates I recently bought a shirt and some heron Preston shorts and they didn’t ship my shorts and won’t respond to any emails this a scam f*** them

Don't buy - this company does not ship items but charges your card. 6/25/23 I receive a message that the order has shipped (order #2272666) - As of today (7/2/23) the order is still at "label created" but Fedex has not received the order. I email them and get no response. I'm guessing they are waiting now for the shoes to arrive at their warehouse so they can then ship them out???

very terrible company to work with. i placed an order on 21st June i got tracking for the item on 23rd june and on 24th June the shipment was canceled by the sender. i reached out to them to find out why and all my emails and their live chat feature that i’ve been using have been completely ignored. my money hasn’t been refunded and the item hasn’t been shipped either. all attempts to reach this company has been futile. Avoid this company at all costs their thieves.

I made a purchase of 4 pairs of tennis shoes and only 2 arrived. I called FedEx and they told me that they had only received one box and well, what is going to happen to my other two pairs of shoes because in the resivo only 2 the two that were delivered to me appear, but they charged me for the 4 and there is no other order for my two missing pair

I ordered a stone island jacket but was far to big for me. They said it’s easy returns and to print out return form from my order. However every time I went into my order there was no return form. Had to contact them several times over several days. Before someone got back to me with a email and attachment for return form.

I have since filled it out and returned jacket back to Hong Kong costing a lot of money. They have received the item as I have checked on Royal Mail tracker on Wednesday. I have since not had and contact, email telling me it’s been accepted or any sort of refund. Avoid this company at all costs if you live in the uk.

WORST customer experience ever
Seems to be extremely attentive in replying All the bad reviews and also actively posting stories on Instagram accounts but zero replies from my return request emails after countless of follow ups
With the email of help at hbx dot .com probably is redundant because there still no response received on the whole HBX team yet

Awesome service and shopping experience from Ryuichi-san. A must shop area where they have a selection from well-known to niche labels to choose from.

Having great experiences with HBX for a while. Whats great about being a level 5 member is that I have a personal shopping and Ryuchi has been awesome!

Shipping and delivery is much faster after covid. Would recommend to anyone.
