Bought a extra small tshirt said it was shipped half way then got an email to say there a glitch in the system and they did not have said tshirt in said size I ordered. Offered a different tshirt in the size I ordered. I declined, asked for a refund said it take 10 days to refund me it took 3 weeks to nearly a month. I emailed numerous times stating I hadn't received any refund. They kept ignoring me then a email say it was issued I didn't see it then they sent proof it was refunded then it still toom another 3 weeks so at this point 3months to issue a simple refund. Stay clear I would not use or recommend as they don't issue refunds straight away nor communicate properly it was infuriating and stressful trying to get through to them and I was seriously worried I wouldn't be issued my refund
My item got stuck in customs and HBX did nothing until i sent them 4 emails and 3 chats (BTW they have not replied to any of those emails to this day). They should not offer to ship somewhere and make you pay taxes where it's not even allowed to enter. Also, I have to write to customer service through their chat every day to get updates, and all they tell me is I HAVE TO CONTACT FEDEX MYSELF. I already tried, and FedEx told me only the sender can fix it. TERRiBLE CUStOMER SERVICE.
The agent who's contacting the buyers and replying the emails is really kind, and they use my language to reply in a polite way. Thank you so much.
Their products are nice, having a good price and making fun.
But several times i had defects or quality issues.
So i opened a ticket (Banggood seller) whit all informations, photos, videos and a clear solution (defect part).
But there are so much useless questions and waiting times that it took over 3-4 weeks till they finally ship something, which also takes so much weeks as froj Asia.
So i contacted Haiboxing over their general mail with all details, problems and solution wanted.
They even DON'T answer, even already 2 weeks and 2 reminding mails went out.
Support sucks a lot!!!

The item I received has severely stained my clothing. This defect has already caused me a lot of trouble, and I don’t even dare to use it anymore. However, I was only offered either a 10% refund or a 15% discount code, instead of being allowed to return or exchange the item. This experience makes me not want to shop at HBX in the future.
Sent the wrong item which cost me $1.5k with some cheapo clothings. Immediately upon receipt of package of wrong items, I followed their protocol to submit photos on email and also on their WhatsApp number, and it’s been 5 days and no replies at all from their email or their WhatsApp. Looks like scam site. Lousy customer service and not sure I will ever get my money back or my bag.

HBX sent me incorrect items, and its label doesn’t even align with the items inside the bag. I was asked to return the items but the officers just asked me to wait for the labels, which never came. I had to reach out to them and the return process was cumbersome. Until today, I’m still unable to receive my items from HBX, cannot arrange for a return of items from fedex, and clearly no refund from HBX. It’s a package of SGD700+ but HBX doesn’t appear interested to solve the issue they themselves caused. Their service officers kept saying the same things and sounded like sucks to have bad luck like you to have incorrect things delivered. HBX’s customer recovery service is nonexistent. Avoid buying from HBX at all cost!

I ordered a pair of Maison Miharas in 2023 which have been worn twice since as I was abroad and did not bring them with me. The paint is peeling off the front of the shoes meaning the product is likely faulty and under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are liable to help if a product is faulty for up to 6 years after purchase. Jayce from customer service was incredibly unfriendly and refused to assist as they 'do not offer returns past 7 days' and refused to connect me with their legal team who will likely be more familiar with the act. I didnt even request a refund but asked what options they have in this case, repair could be one of them. I'd avoid shopping here and either shop directly with the brand or with UK based retailers.
