I want to say a big thank you to Harrison from Haymarket, who helped me sort out the arrangements for my car parking bay. I found Harrison to be very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained matters thoroughly and outlined the pros and cons in a way that helped me decide the best way forward. He was also extremely helpful with a few additional queries I had, ensuring they were directed to the right team members without any delay.

Harrison’s service is excellent. He is thoroughly pleasant to deal with, and his responsiveness and willingness to act promptly have been greatly appreciated.

I’ve already told him directly that he is wonderful, but I wanted to formally recognise the quality of his support. He has been excellent in every respect.

I needed help with a legal problem that didn’t really involve Haymarket but I needed their help in tracking down an agreement. Many companies would have been disinterested in helping with this issue but Harry Sutton- Smith was incredibly helpful. He put lots of time and thought into tracking down the agreement, chasing lots of different companies. He was always willing to help,very tenacious , always available, always professional in his dealings. Excellent service from Harry- could not have asked for more.

I want to give a huge thank you to Harrison for his outstanding communication. After facing ongoing issues with intruders stealing my allocated parking space and general lift faults, Harrison was the only person who provided quick, clear, and highly informative updates. He went above and beyond to manually ensure my vehicle was correctly logged in the system and keeping the residents updated regarding the lift issues.

However, while Harrison was helpful, X1/Haymarket strict parking policy refuse to provide a designated alternative or 'overflow' bay when a resident's space is compromised. It is disappointing that the system leaves tenants with no backup solution, which unfortunately creates an impression that third-party enforcement fines are prioritised over resident security.

Harrison himself is a 5-star manager and an asset to Haymarket, but the company's emergency parking protocols desperately need updating.

I have worked extensively with Haymarket management for an extended period of time now and I have nothing but great things to say. Professional, reliable and very responsive, real attention to detail on all blocks thy manage. I deal with Harry Sutton smith, Beth Karaski, Charlie Tombs & Joe Martin. Couldn’t ask for more!

I had a very positive experience with manager Harrison Wood. He was always quick to respond to emails, very polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His communication was friendly and professional, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate his support and would definitely recommend him.

Harrison wood was soo helpful. I left my keys somewhere and was worried about getting in to my flat but he arranged it so I would be able to get in and someone would help me late at night. Was very accommodating and replied so fast which settled my worries.

Great service from Harrison and liaison with the Sales and Lettings Team. A member of the latter was visiting The Gallery today and a drop-off of key cards was arranged to my property. Now, that doesn't sound too big a task but it is quite often these little details of life that are forgotten about but can end up being crucial. In this case to get into the property!

Harry our block manager has been great.
He’s shown continued enthusiasm, helpfulness, and efficiency. He responds to queries the same day and deals with any issues promptly and professionally.
When residents requested additional gym equipment, he arranged for it to be ordered and installed straight away, even though the gym had just been refurbished.
We’re grateful for his hard work and the difference it makes to our experience.
