Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship

Completing the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship was a fantastic experience that helped me establish myself in my current role.

Without the resources provided by Hawk Training and the dedication and guidance of my tutor, Ian Pluck, I would not have achieved a distinction.

I regularly apply what I learned to manage my team in the waste-to-energy sector. I highly recommend this apprenticeship to anyone looking to develop their management skills and gain valuable project management expertise.

I was very lucky to have Alicia as my tutor for my qualification, who was a wonderful support and informative guide throughout the process. It is incredibly difficult to study alongside a full time job in the public sector, but Alicia was always on hand when needed and allowed for the sudden obstacles life can throw at you. I could not sing her praises loud enough!

Completing the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship was an incredibly valuable experience and one that continues to influence my work today.

Although I worked with three tutors during the course, Ian Pluck stood out for his dedication and his ability to understand and adapt to my individual learning style. His guidance, encouragement and genuine commitment gave me the confidence and support I needed to achieve a distinction.

I now manage a team of eight people and regularly draw upon what I learned during the apprenticeship when leading both staff and projects. I would wholeheartedly recommend the course—particularly to anyone who genuinely wants to develop as a leader and make a positive impact on the people and projects they are responsible for.

I have completed 2 apprenticeships with Hawk now, and I have loved every second. The tutors are professional, friendly and really helped me get where I need to be. I would highly recommend them

Amazing Training!

I had Jasmine King who was amazing throughout my whole apprenticeship, she made me feel really valued and showed me how to be a good level 3 practitioner!

Thanks to Jasmine I got a distinction! Im very proud but also so thankful for Hawk for providing amazing support.

All I can say is wow. This course hasn't only taught me new skills, but has given me such confidence in my practice.
I couldn't ask for a better tutor Bethany she is always there when I need her, and she has helped me through all the stress. (meaning the stress i put upon myself) always makes me feel relaxed and at ease. The course itself is very in-depth, and even though at first it was a little overwhelming, with the help from Bethany, I was able to navigate the course with confidence. The course has made me a better practitioner and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much Bethany and Hawk

Great way to get real life work experience & gain further knowledge.

My experience was amazing! I fell behind with my work towards the middle of the course and I had such an amazing and supportive. She helped with an action plan to help me get back on track. I am very close to the end of my course and I am SO grateful for everything Cimmon has done to help me on this journey.

I also want to give a shout out to Demi who was absolutely lovely on the first meeting we had face to face, this was during her training. Two very kind, caring and professional ladies!

I will miss Cimmon. She has played a huge part in my success and remained patient, professional and supportive throughout. I am excited for new experiences as a level 5 early years lead practitioner.

Hawk was a great company to do my apprenticeship with. I learnt great project management skills that I will use for the rest of my career. It helped me to get a promotion and gave me confidence. My tutor was very good and always there when I needed her

very informative tutor. Site and resources are easy to navigate and use (once you know how) can seem a little daunting at the beginning

I completed my L3 in Early Years from Hawk's training. My tutor Aaliya Malik provided me great support. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable and humble in her approach. She has supported every single stage of my qualifications with great care and professionalism.

Hawk training are amazing, I completed my level 3 EYFS with them in February. Gemma was my tutor and guided me through every aspect of the course. The modules are set out and so easy to navigate. Hoping that they do a SENCO course soon to further my development. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
