I’ve bought a few times from Hawaa with little issue, therefore when my father asked where he could buy a thobe for his nephews as a gift for Eid, I suggested the website as the abayas I bought were of decent quality. We spent £7.50 for next day delivery and received thobes of all the same size despite ordering the correct sizes on the website. Having paid such an extortionate price for next day delivery, this was obviously disappointing. I emailed Hawaa customer service multiple times and have yet to receive a response, along with directly calling them, however no one picked up my call. Anyway, should you order from Hawaa, make dua first as if anything goes wrong, it will genuinely be a nightmare, especially as their clothes aren’t cheap. I’d recommend Sumayah as an alternative as their clothes are of equal quality, much lower in price and have an actual customer service team.

Wish I had read the reviews for Hawa clothing before placing order. Ordered thobe for my nephew needed a medium 58 but placed order for large 58. Emailed them with in minutes of payment going through to amend order at 07.30 on Thursday kept emailing and no response. I now have email saying my parcel has been shipped it’s Friday 13.15 this is the worst experience I have ever had online. Can’t get a refund etc.

I ordered the 'satin luxe wrap abaya' as a gift for my mother in-law ahead of Ramadan and Eid, and wow! It is the most beautiful material and quality, not to mention the discrete shoulder hook to keep the abaya wrapped and in place. I am over the moon with this purchase as I have never ordered modest clothing online before with concerns regarding quality, but HAWAA have really pulled it out of the bag. I will certainly be shopping with HAWAA again, especially as shipping was so quick too.

I bought their Chanel winter coat which arrived today. They claim it is "thick" and "warm". However, upon wearing it, i was slightly disappointed for 3 reasons.
1- The quality was not great. stitching had loose ends, that i had to cut with scissors.
2- I found old chocolate wrappers and old tissue inside both pockets! horrendous. I assume someone had returned the coat and HAWAA had not performed a thorough check of the coat!
3- The coat was MUCH thinner than expected. this would be more like a warm autumn day's coat.
Overall, i would be hesitant to buy from the brand again.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Hawaa Clothing. Their blatant disregard for consumer rights and UK law is unacceptable. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, consumers are entitled to a FULL REFUND within 14 days of receiving the goods (NOT an exchange or gift card). Hawaa Clothing refuses to acknowledge their legal obligations and what is most disheartening is that this experience is not unique to myself. A close friend of mine encountered the same issue with Hawaa Clothing, facing the same unreasonable denial of a refund within the legally mandated timeframe. I urge anyone considering purchasing from Hawaa Clothing to think twice before doing so. Their actions are not only unethical but also illegal.

I have ordered from their TikTok shop several times and may I say their abayas look and feel very rich and definitely worth the price! They are priced appropriately not extortionate at all and they are the perfect place for Muslim women to build up their staple (capsule) abaya wardrobe; they have a range of basic coloured abayas which everyone needs. Delivery came quick.
