I know quality when I see it and every Hawaa abaya I own. Such amazing quality in every abaya to justify the price. Love every single abaya purchased from here as they just know how to make them! Also absolutely love the fact that all abayas I’ve purchased are wide fit for 50inch compared to other companies who think short girls don’t have any curves!

Always look forward to new collections which guarantees I get a piece or 2.

Sent a faulty item. Reached out to them, and was offered a solution instead of a refund. Days have now passed, the solution hasn’t been followed through and they are not answering my emails.

Highly disappointed. Won’t shop here again.

Ordered for the first time and really happy with the service . I have received my order in 3-4 days with regular updates about the parcel. The quality of the abaya is great .I have not worn them or washed them but they feel luxurious and the similar abayas are around £90 on different stores. Good quality and reasonable pricing. Planning to order their winter collection soon .Order without any hesitation you won’t be disappointed.

I haven't receiver my refund this is disgraceful robnax

I have ordered and due to bigger abaya and the scarf being a different size I have. Contacted I have contacted them on several occasions where they have not responded. I also have tried emailing them still no refund issued. Its now been 3 weeks and I have had no response.

I am very disappointed and very angry I need you to refund my moneys the bank will be taking action if this is not done in the next 3 working days disgraceful never ordering again from this website very very disappointed ☹️

I bought the rain coat after waiting for it to come back in stock. I got the khaki one, it arrived so quickly I was shocked.

The quality, tailoring and craftsmanship are next to none. The attention to detail.

such a well made and warm coat i feel like it’ll be so great for autumn and can easily layer for winter too!! I’m 5’6 and usually wear S-M and the 56 runs full length on me and is modest but still flattering !

Honestly obsessed with Hawaa Clothing. Bought the new raincoat but then changed my mind on colour and size. The team were so helpful! Changed it for me without any fuss. I buy pretty much most of their stuff and always get compliments.

Please can Hawaa clothing create some satin luxe abayas in new colours. My fave 😍

Nice dark brown abaya coat.

The description said it was 100% quality material, but unfortunately, it has bobbles. The price is expensive 🤔 and not good value for money.

It looks more like a simple abaya coat, which should be priced around £25. To be honest, it resembles more of a pajama-style gown with a belt.

When I received it, it looked like a used coat, and I also noticed some loose threads.

Personally, I would not recommend purchasing this abaya outerwear.

On the positive side, delivery was fast. Thank you.

Lovely, silky soft abaya and speedy dispatch. Size 58 looked really long (I’m 5’7’’) but fits perfectly! An excellent experience overall :) Definitely recommended!

Having never bought an abaya online I was a little worried about sizes. However I bought 6 Abayas in total (2 ladies and 4 children's) all fit perfectly, material is very luxurious, and I cannot wait to wear them when I go for Umrah in sha Allah. I did have an issue with one but Erum was very helpful and we found a solution right away. The customer service was impeccable.

Item was fine, wrong size though so I attempted an exchange. A few days later I was surprised to receive a partial refund - excluding postage.
After several back and forth emails in which I was told that the company doesn't refund postage costs (which contravenes the consumer rights act 2015), I opened a PayPal claim in order to finally receive the refund for postage.
I can see I'm not the only one who's had similar issues with returns. Perhaps the company needs to do some internal training on the law regarding distance selling.

The hijabs are beyond beautiful and affordable!! They arrive really quickly and in perfect condition :) I now have 5 of their modal hijabs and can’t wait to continue to grow my collection with them.
