DO NOT ANYTHING FROM HAVEN! Despite saying they have a return policy, they effectively have a no-refund policy! Their supposed customer service is non-existent!
I ordered an extremely expensive hat, which was my first purchase from Haven. When I received the hat, I immediately tried it on. The fit was snug, and I was concerned it was too tight for comfort. I waited until the next day and tried it on again before deciding to return it because it was too small. In total, I did not have it on for more than 5 minutes. I promptly returned the hat with all tags attached and within Haven's required time. The hat was in exactly the same condition as it was when I received it!
A couple of weeks later I received an email from the stating:
“As outlined in our return policy [a link to their website that cannot be included in this review], items being returned must be in an unworn, brand-new, and re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, this return does not meet those criteria, and we are unable to process a refund or exchange for it. To facilitate the return of the item to you, we have sent an invoice for $12 USD to cover the shipping costs. Once the payment is completed, we will promptly dispatch the item back to your address.”
Despite the obvious fact that I would not have worn a hat that was too small and still had three different tags attached, I attempted to communicate with them multiple times, explaining the circumstances, etc. The responses I received from each email were the same:
“At this time, due to the condition we've received the product in we are unable to process this return for a store credit or exchange. The condition of the product does not meet our requirements as stated in our policies for returns. To proceed, please complete the attached invoice to have the item returned to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you further until the invoice has been completed.”
With email communication not working, I called the store directly. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and would only say that all questions and issues about items ordered online had to be addressed by email. When I calmly and politely requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, she hung up. I called again the next day, hoping to talk with a different person. The conversation was almost identical to the one the day before, including being hung up on.
I am now stuck with paying the $12 ransom to get back a very expensive hat that is too small for me to wear!
10/10 customer experience
all these reviews are bs, I ordered overseas and accidentally ordered the wrong size, I contacted them and got the size changed with no haste. 10/10 customer service, considering it was new years, shipping time was great. Overall great experience shopping with these lot, I recommend buying of these guys.
Beware, it’s a scam!
What’s shown in the pictures is very different from what they deliver. The cardigan ordered was very poor quality. The return charges were more than the cardigan price! IT’S A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I placed an order 289536 being attracted by the low prices. They asked for a photo of my documents in the mail and I sent it. After that they were silent for a week even though I wrote to them every day. Finally they deigned to say that my order was canceled and offered to buy with paypal. Although if they have a way to buy by card and I confirmed the card at their request - they just disregarded my information and my interests.
Disgusting service, they are a waste of time. Also they ask you for your card details for no legitimate reason, even though secure transaction gateways are designed not to share personal data directly with the store. It is not safe to buy from them. Plus the customer service is just not there.
And they didn't even send me order questions or a refund notice, and now my money just isn't in my account even though they said they made a refund. I can't even find out when, I had to write to them myself to find out that they made a refund and how long to wait. They just don't care about people who trust them to make a big order.

Requested to cancel 2 hours after the initial order and store is refusing becaue they say its a release item where NO WHERE on the product page shows or indicates this is a release item.
These guys are crooks and beware of them.

Hostile no-refund policy and terrible customer service
Ordered, for the first time, a pretty expensive shirt. At the time of my purchase, the Policy page link at the bottom of their site was down. But I still ordered anyway, thinking the return policy is at least the standard 30 days and there would be no problem. I ended up emailing them to get a refund because the shirt didn't look anything like the photos, and they responded in a pretty nasty way and told me that there's nothing they can do. In their defense, they said that the return policy is listed on every product page, but who would think to look there for their policy? Most policies are at the footer of the site, which is where I looked. Will never order from this establishment again. Their hostile no-refund policy is a huge red flag that the owners don't have much confidence in the success of their products. I'll be telling everyone I know never to order from Haven Shop.
Bad return policy
I bought a $600 jacket on black friday and ordered the wrong size by accident. I did not realize this when I ordered but when you use a discount code they’ve provide, you ruin your chance to return anything. so if I didn’t use the discount code I wouldn’t be stuck with this jacket.. seems like a shady business tactic to get stuff off the shelves. I understand if the item is old or low in stock, the company then has a “final sale” with no returns and that makes sense. when you provide your customers with a discount code that works for the whole store though, that’s messed up. I buy a lot of high end stuff online and never seen a return policy like that.

I ordered a pair of converse x haven
I ordered a pair of converse x haven, which is $180CAD, which i think is quite expansive for converse. Though the delivery cost to overseas is expansive, I received my products just within couple of days which I think is amazing.
The quality of the shoes is not extremely good as I expected, but overall shopping experience is not bad at all.

I can congratulate Haven Shop for being the winner of the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I buy from online shops weekly and have done this for several years. I have never come across a worse place than this!
I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes. Paid CAD 120 for the shoes + CAD60 for express delivery – express was 5-6 weeks. After a very long wait I received the shoes. Unfortunately parts of the shoes has a wrong color. I contacted Haven shop right away and explained the problem. After a long wait, I received an e-mail letting me know that I have to pay for the return my selves and that Haven shop wouldn’t refund the money. I had not requested refund or anything else except for letting them know the problem with the shoes. I explained them this and received an e-mail from Haven Shop’s ”customer service” now claiming that the problem is the light and the camera - it is not. I contacted Adidas who agreed with me. I contact Haven Shop’s ”customer service” to let them know about the information I received from Adidas. Haven Shop’s ”customer service” then once again wrote to me to let me know that I will have to pay for the return and that they will not refund the money – I have to buy something else. They completely ignore the respond from Adidas and the problems with the products they have sold me.
Don’t place any orders at Haven Shop! They do not deserve you as a customer!
