Terrific Experience and a Great Idea!
We had an excellent experience with Home Binder along with our home inspection from Home Run Inspectors. Moving from out of state, this helped to make connections and to have solid, researched, vendors, and utility connections. This was a great service and we appreciate this and would recommend it to any homeowner moving.

Wrong gas company
Wrong gas company, didn't get sent application for utilities and gas. Handled the internet company myself as that was also easier.

The agent gave me inaccurate utility…
The agent gave me inaccurate utility information. The water and sewer company and electric company were NOT the utility companies in my area. So obviously did not do his homework. I notified him of that and never got an apology or offer to help find the right utility companies and I never heard from him again. Truly unacceptable!
