Ordered an item over two weeks ago, no correspondence at all from them, the item hasn’t even been dispatched and I’ve sent two emails to their customer service to no reply. Terrible company, just want a refund now but god knows how long this will take.

Super pleased with this vendor. Excellent communication,very quick delivery(4 days from the US to the UK,that's brilliant). No issues whatsoever. Very good pricing & packaged well for the journey. Will be using again. Please everyone ignore any negative reviews on here as speaking from experience I don't know what they are on about. AAA+++

If I could , I would have given them zero , absolutely rubbish company . Ordered a screwdriver set , it got lost in transit and they fob me off via email , customer service just puts you on hold and then cuts you off after 40 minutes.Awful , avoid this company like the plague .

Ordered 4 Wiha items, 2 of which were bags of 10 and both were short pcs in the bag. We contacted them multiple times and all we wanted was a credit for the missing parts. They claimed they esent the orders complete. Accepts no responsibility for their mistake. We are an industrial distributor in Business for 30 years and know how to receive material and count. Stay Away form this company.

If your order from Haus of Tools is lost by USPS, good luck! You are on your own. Haus of Tools WILL NOT help - other than to tell you to contact your local USPS (and they were not at all helpful either, of course).

Two months and still waiting for an order, the tool i ordered wasn't in stock which they never stated on the website and after multiple messages to them all I get back is it should be shipping soon....
Starting to think this company is a scam, especially after reading the other reviews about them on this page. UPDATE: they have sent me a e.mail which bluntly said we have issued a refund..... That's all it said unreal 4 months of my time wasted

Still waiting for an order from over 8 months ago, supposedly they have contacted USPS but will provide no details and haven't heard back from them for over 2 months, since I mentioned the bad reviews on here it looks like a few good reviews have appeared withing the space of a few days in the us, funny that!

December 22 update, still hasn't arrived and no contact or response regarding the order.

Haus-of-Tools came through for us. We were trying to get a tool that was in a kit form. It had a huge lead time in the kit form and we didn't have that much time. I knew each piece had it's own part number. So, with Jons help we were able to locate all the pieces individually to assemble the kit. I won't hesitate to work with them again. Shipping was fast too. Thanks!

I have made several purchases of tools from Haus of Tools over the years, and every item was of high quality and shipped quickly-free of charge. I did recently have an issue in which an order was marked as fulfilled, and that a shipping label had been created. After a week plus with no change in USPS status that they did not yet have the item, I sent a query email to HoT. Talk About Excellent Customer Service! I received a phone call from Customer Service early the next morning (today). A glitch in their system caused several orders to be placed into a limbo status with no shipping info being printed and sent to USPS. Jon at Haus of tools explained the issue and my item is in fact on its way (I checked USPS status).

I have made multiple purchases from them, always quick turnaround. If items are backordered they have done their best to expedite and ship promptly.

I have used the chat feature in Shop app, and they're always quick to reply.

I was very happy to find a vendor of quality German tools, at reasonable prices.

I wasn’t feeling too good about ordering from a new platform at first, but I was really attracted by their design and their extensive catalog. One thing's for sure now, I don’t regret it one bit. The order was easy to place, and I received the item just a few days later with really nice packaging. Great job! This is my new go-to place anytime I need to complete my toolbox.

Was thrilled to find an online retailer selling PB Swiss! They shipped my item quickly and the customer service was awesome every step of the way! Can't wait to get all my tools from Haus of Tools in the future.

Don’t listen to there lies. They want you to wait on something that isn’t going to come to reduce the chance the bank or credit card company will intervene. Scammers. Your item will not arrive and they will stop communicating with you

No communication, no help when not delivered.

Ordered in March, no indication of out of stock or backorder, no communication after order. I had to inquire, then no real lead time given. Order was never received, Haus or Tools sent me to USPS, even less help there. No thanks, there are plenty of places that will provide true service

3 month later and tool still not arrived. Company is claiming it is still in transit and failing to take responsibility giving me the run around every time I try to reach out.
Avoid this seller.
