Just a heads up for anyone placing an order … If you need to do a return you get store credit and if your item goes on sale within days they will not credit your account. The quality may be great but the customer service is questionable at best …

Don't waste your time they don't honor their deals. They void orders with no explanation go anywhere but here

I ordered a fitted hat 3x’s and my order was cancelled all 3x’s. My last response from them was that someone will be able to respond soon. No response yet. I will not be ordering from them and I do not recommend.

Whatever you do, don't buy from Hat Club. This company charges an arm and leg for "premium" hats, but you end up getting cheap oddly shaped caps. And when you decide to return, they'll charge you a fee and all the shipping cost. No thank you, fool me once and I'll never buy from this company again. Highly recommend avoid

I wouldn’t give them any stars the company has a ridiculous return process and a hat priced at $52 is now costing me close to $80 dollars. I paid for the shipping to send it back for an exchange due to the wrong size ( even though I used the sizing chart) and now I have to pay to get my hat shipped back because they rejected my return due to damage. The damage was during the shipping the hat looked like it was folded in slightly in the pictures they sent me. The only option was to pay for the shipment back to me or to have them donate to charity! I have never heard of a company “donate to charity”. Why don’t you at the very least just send me my crap back so I can get rid of it myself. I can imagine there charity is reselling. This company will scam you every way possible during a return. I will never purchase from them again and I suggest anyone buying, Not to buy from hat club and buy from anywhere else instead!

I’ve been a Hat Club shopper since I first heard about them back in 2012, and have placed well over 100 orders since then. Only one time have I ever had a package get stolen, which was back in 2021, and the customer service team sent me a brand new hat without charging me. Which was amazing, to say the least.

I will continue to shop with Hat Club for the foreseeable future. Their hats are top notch, their shipping time is extraordinary and they always seem to be ahead of the game when it comes to new products.

Very good shipping and cool selection of hats. They had a lot of hats I've never seen before and I feel like I had options for days.

Paid extra for two day FedEx shipping so the hat would arrive in time for my son's birthday. They charged me extra and sent it via USPS anyway. Now it will be late and I paid extra for nothing. They also delayed the discount code for signing up for email marketing by hours so I couldn't use it.
