Nowadays we all have photos on our phones & do not to albums anymore. Over the years, new phones etc I’ve lost a few photos. I decided to do a photo book of me & my partner with as many photos I could find on my phone. I also did one of my pet parrot, and two key-rings (one of my dog & of my parrot). Very happy with everything! Going to put another order in soon. Great as a gift 💝

This canvas was simply delightful, capturing all the photo had to offer and more, the black and white showed up the pure beauty and details sometimes lost in colour,
so very thrilled to use Harvey Norman and totally recommend them for quality and service.

I purchased the wine and whiskey glasses. Super happy with the product, this is for fathers day so I wanted to get in early. 100% better than socks and jocks.

Received very quickly, the product of my efforts to create a linen covered photo book of my grandson's first year. I found the template easy to follow and there was plenty to choose from to personalise the book. I kept mine simple! Delighted with the outcome, presentation and quality of the finished project. Very pleased with the overall look with options and variety of image sizes, which made the book look professional. Everyone who has received theirs' is equally pleased. I encourage those thinking about making a photo book via Harvey Norman Photo Centre NZ, to proceed.

Ordered a block photo frame. It was delivered quicker then I had expected. The photo frame is absolutely beautiful and the receiver is blown away. The photo is of a special person whom has passed away, so the fact that the final product was so beautiful is something to share. Thank you so much!

Great quality of prints. Good customer service. Pictures are always ready on time.

Ordered next day prints and here I sit almost a week later and no updates. I've been on hold for 30 minutes and no response for an email sent yesterday. I'm really not impressed and I don't think I'll order again.

I use to love making photo books but was disappointed when I logged in to do a photo book only to find things had been changed, I use to use embellishments but that no longer exists, only can find photos I down loaded, lay out and back grounds, I have also lost all my projects I'd saved as well as the project I was working on, definitely don't like New format and will not be using again, unless go back to how was you've lost me as a customer

Wait for the specials to come out, and they do quite regularly then go for it. Never had a canvas print disappoint me and always something i would think i couldnt afford.. dont hesitate to recommend for those priceless memories..

Ordered my photos online at night and had a call the next morning to say they were ready for pick-up. Beautiful large glossy print's for an art project. So easy to order online instead of going in store. Thanks for great service! Deb

Great product, good pricing and easy to use online ordering system.

Our exercise class leader did a 2020 calendar with photos of her exercise class by birthday month, it was a great success, the calendars are good quality and the monthly class pictures are great. HN put a special on the calendars before Christmas which was a good present for us too.

A few photos in my photo book were really bad quality.
Contacted them and was told the re print would be the same and refused a refund of $19.95. I was happy to give the book back.
Paper is very thin also.
We had a book made through snap fish also and the quality was so much better and looked great.
In the future we will stick with snapfish.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Prints are so washed out, photo gifts arrived cracked and blurry, when I contacted customer service the experience just got worse. Thanks ‘Mel’ for being so unhelpful and rude, extra hassle and being given the run around is just what a sleep deprived new mum needed 🙄. Waste of money-much better quality at officeworks or literally anywhere else.

I purchased large sticky prints. Print quality good. Very thin paper though and after I followed all the instructions to the letter they do not stick well to the wall. Most keep lifting or falling off completely Very disappointed. Wont waste my money again.

Photo book turn out very well and was able to adjust it to suit my friend. So happy with the final results. On to my next photo book.

I order a photo book on Sunday night. When i went to pay for it, the turnaround time stated 3hrs - 10 days. (thats quite an usually large time range). I thought 10 days would be a worst case scenario. I paid for the book online and called the store (Maribyrnong) first think the next morning where I would be picking it up. When I asked how long it would take they said 14 days. That is way outside the time range stated. I immediately asked to cancel the order. They said they could not do it and I need to email through the request via the website. I sent the request at 9.50 am to cancel the order. I then went ahead and purchased a photo book elsewhere (which i picked up next dat). I got a response around 6 hrs later from HV later saying the order had already been sent to the printer and they could not cancel the order. I’m amazed at how fast HV are to process the order, yet the fulfilment would take 14 days?? I have asked HV for a refund of the payment as 14 days is outside the terms of the agreement which was up to 10days. HV refused the refund and overall have been most unhelpful. I’m very disappointed with the service and will definitely never need use again or recommend to anyone.

Purchased a Photobook online and once getting it home and looking through it noticed that one image had a 3cm dark line through the image. Have been emailing for the past couple of weeks with the response of, I have sent it to the IT team and someone will get back to you. Still no responses after multiple emails and now just being ignored.

I have used this product on three separate occasions. Each time the photos arrived within the indicated time frame and the quality is excellent. I will use this product again.
