In store experience was wonderful
Tried to pay using humm. Why does it need to know such personal details. Then after going through the application forms only to be told that I've been denied. So I bought the thing in 1 go. Got delivered very quick, remote wasn't working right so I brought it into the store. Luckily it was only the battery, staff were really helpful.

Great Staff at Harvey Norman in Waterford
Shamika was extremely helpful, bright and knowledgeable about the iPads we bought. She made the whole buying experience very smooth and simple and would recommend that someone in the Waterford store pass on our thanks to her for her kind assistance.

I recently purchased a Samsung phone…
I recently purchased a Samsung phone from Harvey Norman, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. From the beginning, the phone has been freezing and becoming unresponsive, making it difficult to use for everyday tasks.
I returned to the store to seek assistance, and while the staff were polite, I was advised to contact Samsung directly if the issue continued. As a customer, I expected more support in resolving a problem with a newly purchased device.
I hope Harvey Norman can improve its after-sales service by taking a more active role in helping customers with faulty products. A smoother resolution process would make a big difference.
I appreciate the staff's professionalism, but overall I am disappointed with how this issue has been handled.

Great staff
Harvey Norman staff are always helpful and friendly. I ordered a GoPro Hero 13 Black for collection, they had it ready, and even happily offered me advice on which MicroSD card to put in my GoPro.
Would happily shop from here again.

Great service
The delivery men were very nice, quick and helpful. Couldn’t fault them. During this heatwave, the last thing you want to be doing is carrying a couch into a house, but they didn’t complain once! Great service.

Excellent Delivery Service!!!!
My experience was excellent with Harvey Norman delivery service. I got a phone call approx an hour before they arrived. There were two men who were so helpful. They removed my old fridge and helped lifted it out of an awkward position. They were so cautious making sure not to damage anything. Both super friendly and went above and beyond to help. Thanks

My delivery man James was exceptional …
My delivery man James was exceptional he was kind and helpful as their was a problem with the bed base , it would not move in all directions. He and his colleague tried everything to get it to work, then rang the department manager and made an appointment for him to call at 2pm the following day, He had not arrived by 2.40 so I rang the store asked if he had forgotten our appointment I was told he was on his way. A few minutes later I received a call from the manager telling me he had a store to run and would be with me shortly. I was the customer with a bed that did not work correctly and I found him rather abrupt and rude if you are late you ring and explain. They eventually arrived and fixed the bed it's fantastic the mattress arrived yesterday with James once again the Service was superb.
