Great contact and feed back. Only issue we had was that it was not made clear on the website when ordering that the item was not in stock. Otherwise everything was really good.

Ordered an outdoor 8 chair seating…
Ordered an outdoor 8 chair seating cube, however the quality is not the best as some seams on the cushions are torn. For something that you spend 700 euro I'd expect better quality.
Also boxes were delivered on a big wooden pallet which was left behind and it was hard to dispose of as it didn't fit into the car to bring it to the recycling centre.

Click & collect and photo service
Finished work early and went to store. Used click & collect expecting to collect in store but on arrival was redirected to warehouse which closes at 5pm which I had just missed - why can’t click & collect items be brought to the store? Also, why can’t the warehouse have the same opening hours as the store?
Also , while going to the store at 5pm I had planned to print some images at the photo centre which displays signs to say last print is 17:40hrs on this day but when I got to the photo print at 17:00hrs, ai was told they were now closed for the day and not open as per their signage.
I just felt the whole experience was a demonstration of poor customer service.

I recieved a phone call from the delivery driver early morning he gave me an estimated time of delivery
True to his word my product arrived on time
Both Damio and Anto unloaded my item they assessed the entrance to my property and began delivery
The item was bulky and very heavy but this didnt faze the two lads they were chatty and curtious at all times even acknowledging i must be dissapointed my county team lost to Mayo in this years All Ireland
I was very satisfied with the delivery carried out by both men 👌

New Acer laptop purchase
When my (very) old laptops battery died and I found that replacements were no longer available I found myself in the market for a new machine.
The Acer Aspire 15 Lite ticked all the boxes and the best price was at Harvey Norman.
Their same day free click-and-collect service meant no waiting.
When I collected the laptop the staff were friendly and helpful and the box was presented to me in a sturdy carrying bag.
This is how I like shopping to be!

Excellent service
Excellent service, had an issue on my part regarding incorrect addressing, contacted them via website and within 10 mins i had the local branch in Waterford contacting me to help, lovely lady and fixed my mistakes and had the items out to me within 24hrs through courier.
