I received email saying my order has…
I received email saying my order has been delayed and when I called to ask how to cancel my order I was told as store manager Niamh was helpful and said no that email must be by mistake as the product is available and ready to collect. I headed to store next day and the staff at reception was unaware that it’s ready. Only when I mentioned that I spoke yesterday and I was told that it’s available then they rechecked and said yes it is. A bit confusing to be honest.
Product is good when I received and is genuine.

Arrived on the scheduled date, at the agreed time & delivery guys were very helpful & friendly.
We'd just had paintwork done inside the house & they were very careful not to scuff or mark the walls when bringing in the furniture.
