Bill, the coffee expert was the kindest man alive. Even though he was in charge of the nespresso section, not only did he go to look for someone to attend me, but when no one came, he kindly explained all things coffee ground, beans, foams, all questions answered. I was only browsing today, but when I buy my coffee machine I will make sure to attribute it to Bill!!

Good experience with delivery
Good experience with delivery and assembly. In store experience was also good, but they promised me the delivery of my entire booking but later they said that one item is not available, even when I booked it in advance and placed an holding deposite on the inventory.
Cutting down 1 star for that.
