Harvey Norman looked after me in the shop. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was delivered on time and the crew phoned me numerous times to let me know when they would be there. They took away my old sofa and assembled my new one in minutes. I couldn't fault them

It took 5 mins of asking for help for someone to be available. Then the cashier was on her phone. I had to ask her twice to get her attention to pay for my item

I got the wrong item delivered and had to chase for updates myself rather than somebody proactively keeping me informed.

Brilliant price and service

Team who came to deliver my bed were efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and even called 10 minutes before they arrived to make sure I was at the house. They put the bed together and spent time explaining everything to me. They were very careful of the walls in my new house which I appreciated. Couldn't fault them and they certainly represented HN very well.

I purchased both a fridge and dryer from Harvey Norman and from the staff in store to the delivery staff, the experience was fantastic. Daniel and James arrived today and they were so helpful, friendly and had amazing personalities which made the overall experience so easy. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Thank you so much again

Item was ready for pickup within a few hours (on a Sunday morning).

I wouldn't buy my appliances anywhere else. Great after sales service.

Phoned ahead, came on time, removed old oven, left new oven, said thanks, waved goodbye, job done, happy customer.

So quick from the order date till the delivery date.

Was wonderful to order on line for pick up. Then the helping staff on site got for me straight away

Great Delivery wasn’t expecting to be arriving very early, Delivery guys very nice bringing my new order, Belling Dishwasher I was chosen by phone call replying back to, works a dream no loud noises from it at all

Got a text day before my delivery to say couch would be delivered between 10 and 12. Got a call the next morning to confirm again amd item delivered by 2 lovely guys at 10 sharp. They were very courteous and did a great job. Well Done Harvey Norman!!!!

Great delivery, had a call in the morning to let us know what time (2hr slot) we should expect them. They removed the plastic wrapping and were very nice to deal with.

Excellent, personal in-store service by Dylan. 48 hour delivery time by 2 very nice guys with regular updates re time on day of delivery. Very impressed.

The team in Carrickmines blamed me for the untimely delivery of my television. I have spoke to two personnel and both of them are very rude to me. The manager even told me that for the past 9 years he has never experienced a problem in delivery just with me.

I was waiting for the television to arrive today and they are not very flexible just because the phone call didn't prompt my phone even though it was literally in front of me and been waiting for it for an hour. I tried calling back the delivery time and they said they left even though I just missed the call for few minutes. I tried calling back but to no avail.

They wanted me to get the television in the warehouse myself even though I paid for the delivery cost. They demand flexibility from the customers but I have not received an actual ETA, unlike the other vendors I dealt with.

Now I am not entirely sure if I will be able to receive my television because I have been dealing with a very rude team. I need help with this one so I am not sure if Harvey Norman will be able to deliver my television.

I filed an annual leave in advance for this one and now this day was completely wasted because of this rude and unprofessional team.

They wanted me to wait for the day without an actual cofirmation of what time will the driver be actually be arriving. So regardless if you are in an important conversation/tasks whether work or personal related, they want you to hurry and literally jump off your building because their drivers don't have that flexibility even though these drivers didn't communicate their actual time of arrival.

The TV I bought is almost 1,000 Euros so given with the team I am dealing with, I don't know if I will be able to receive this television that I saved up for for weeks.

Is there any way I can get my television on a timely manner?
