My associate is amazing. She is never overbearing, always helpful, takes the time to learn the style of each of my sons and helps them pick out great items. We aren't in town often but she remembers us and treats us fantastic.

Il a bien cerné le besoin, a offert différentes options intéressantes (et dans le budget alloué!) et a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme.
Tout le processus a duré quelques semaines (altérations habit et chemise) et Jean-Pierre a assuré un suivi impeccable et proactif tout au long de ce dernier. Il a offert une expérience client au-delà de nos attentes!

Their online sale is terrible. Used it several times and on 2 occasions had my orders cancelled several days after payment. It took days before money is refunded. Of course there is no one you can contact for help. So frustrating. Amazon it ain't.
