Major disappointment
Major disappointment. - The looks, feel, and texture of items we received did not match what’s displayed on the website and the overall quality was not representative of what we are used to purchasing at Harry Rosen. Restocking fees are not mentioned at the time of purchase. Will probably not repeat the experience.
Great service and pricing
Great service and pricing. Many of my purchases came from products on sale as pricing drops significantly for high quality products. Going to store is always a pleasurable experience.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them and half of my orders have been cancelled (no reason given) so far. Even their outlet site (only online) has the same issue.

Every person I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The staff went out of their way to ensure I received the service I needed. The Harry Rosen staff as well as their quality products create a great environment for a positive shopping experience.
Yorkdale location Kelly K and Sq 1 location-Cairo was awesome
Sq 1 location and Yorkdale location-Cairo Sq 1 location was awesome! Patient and always professional. He went over and above with customer service. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes I ordered as the person changed their mind. Forgetting that I bought it at the Sq one location, I went to Yorkdale location as I had bought something else there and got confused. Anyway, it was not until I got to Yorkdale and after speaking with manager Kelly Koutoumanos(more on her in a different review for her outstanding service) that I realized I made a mistake in location. Disappointed though that Cairo's manager insisted that I had to go back to Sq one to make the return. It did put a bad taste in my mouth but with that said, it does not take away from my awesome experience with Cairo. Thank you Cairo!!!
OK, I know I said I was going to do a separate review for Kelly Koutoumanos (Yorkdale) but apparently I cannot do 2 reviews on the same day for the same store and I did not want to forget. Anyway, Kelly Kououmanos Yorkdale store operations leader was outstanding!!!! Imagine how silly I felt once I realized I was at the wrong location. I mean I took time off work and everything as I wanted to beat some of the traffic. Let me tell you Kelly made it happen. She insisted on trying to get someone at the Sq One location and kept calling. Even after I told her it's ok, I will now have to go to the Sq One location as that manager originally said no to the refund over the phone and it was my fault going to the wrong location. She still kept trying even while helping her employees and other customers. Once I finally got the manager in Sq one, Kelly spoke with him (so kind of her) and poof, I was able to get my refund without having to go all the way back in traffic to Sq one. I mean if that was not fabulous customer service, then I don't know what is. I can see why she is operations leader. This is the type of customer service that will keep bringing me back to HR. Once again Kelly, thank you so much for going above and beyond for me as it was greatly appreciated!!!!! Happy Holidays

Initial Purchase Went Well/Poor: No Call That Suit Ready As Promised
My visit to Harry Rosen Sherway mid-Nov 2023, in the evening went really well. The associate showed many styles and I purchased an Armani Exchange suit in black. The associate promised a call when the suit alterations would be completed, estimated to be about 2nd week Dec.2023. I also asked that my landline# be switched with my cell# in my profile during the purchase; that never occurred. Today, Dec.6, I called and found out my suit has been ready since Nov.30 and to date I had not received a call to pick it up. That is terrible customer service, for the premium expectations of buying at Harry Rosen Sherway.

Exceptional customer service
Our first shopping in your shop was April and Philip Lau was the consultant who served us for more than 4 hours. He was very patient and polite. In addition, he gave a lot of good recommendations and advice. Thereafter, we just need to call him to order and no need to go through the terrible traffic to downtown. He even sent us reminder when our points is expired so that we can take the benefit of it. All in all, we like shopping at HR with Phillip and his service is exceptional. Thank you
