Helpful and friendly! Used for selling a property and wanted to use a local agent. Harrison’s have been fantastic in progressing the sale and keeping the information flowing. Special thanks to Ernie and Kate who have helped through the process.

Once again Harrisons have provided an excellent service for us. Graham and the others, Jon in particular, are all true professionals. Their strengths are good advice, honesty, and following through on every little thing. If you have a chain it will be constantly checked. We were selling, but I see our buyer has also provided an excellent review (and that in spite of several delays caused by other parties), so it works from both ends. We have used them several times now, and they will always be our first choice.

We have just completed a sale and a purchase through Harrisons, and they have been brilliant from begining to end. The two main people I dealt with were Ernie & Kate, we had a few stressful moments toward the end, however, they were constantly on the phone trying to sort things out, always updating us as to what was going on. They were always professional, very polite and courteous, we certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Once again thank you so much.

We decided to use Harrisons as our estate agents as they were recommended by a friend and the quote was very reasonable. We initially dealt with Kate, who was very friendly and knowledgeable and got the ball rolling with our sale. Friendly great communication and kept me updated

Jon was instrumental in our relocation back to Kent, keeping on top of all parties in the chain as well as solicitors. Communication was excellent and he was also very knowledgable when prompted with my questions. When he wasn't available, the rest of the team at Harrisons were courteous, friendly and knowledgable. Although I didn't use Harrisons to sell my home (being in a different county) I would have no hesitation in using them for any future estate agency need.

I used Harrison's (Rainham Branch) to sell my house, following a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did. Really friendly, personal service from all the team, but special thanks to Kate who went over & above to get my house sale through under very difficult circumstances. Bought my house 6 years ago and they were incredibly helpful then.

Fast forward and I have sold my house with them. I chose them over other agents that said they could get a little bit more. Those similar houses 7 months later are still up for sale.
