Retrospective Red Book valuation
I commissioned Harding for a retrospective Red Book valuation on a London flat. The process was straightforward: Kashmir Gola delivered a thorough report inside the quoted timeframe, with well-chosen comparable properties including two flats in the same building. Kate Sonnet handled the coordination side promptly.

Thank you so much Alaa Ali for an EXCELLENT service - a well deserved 5 star rating for Alaa Ali
We recently instructed Alaa Ali from Harding Chartered Surveyors regarding structural cracking at our property, and we are extremely pleased with the service he provided.
From the initial site visit, Alaa was professional, polite, and very thorough. He carefully examined all aspects of the cracking and took the time to understand our concerns.
He explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which was very reassuring during a stressful situation. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout.
Even after submitting his report to the insurer’s loss adjuster, Alaa continued to support us. He was always prompt, detailed, and helpful in responding to questions and reviewing matters raised during the claim process. His ongoing guidance and reassurance made a significant difference.
We truly appreciate his professionalism, expertise, responsiveness, and friendly manner. We would highly recommend Alaa Ali to anyone requiring structural surveying services.

Probate Valuation
Harding has been helpful, efficient and professional.
I needed a Probate Valuation for my Aunt’s house after her death and I contacted Harding. They immediately sent me details and costs and an appointment was arranged. I needed to rearrange and there was no problem. Charlie, the surveyor was extremely informative about the Probate situation and Sale which was valuable. In addition their thorough report came through within a few days. Finally, it is worth mentioning that their costs are very reasonable and below competitors. Thank you Harding and especially Kate in the Admin team and Charlie.

Limited Survey
Hardings was able to provide me with a more limited service as I had a specific issue to look into, rather than a complete survey. I appreciated their flexibility and Alaa did a really thorough job at inspecting and providing me with many possible resolutions to the issue at hand. He even helped solve some other questions that I had generally with follow-up phone calls. Extremely satisfied with their company (2nd time I use them).

Brilliant and thorough survey from Lee
Brilliant and thorough survey from Lee, who saved me from buying a terrible flat!
His super thorough Level 3 and drone survey saved me from buying a flat that needed 50k plus worth of works on the roof. We requested him again for the second flat I offered on, and he has been instrumental in a potential price renegotiation, while offering very sage advice in follow-up emails to the survey.
Highly recommend!
