I wanted to share my recent experience with a travel agency that I strongly advise you to avoid if you're looking for a smooth and trouble-free journey. I booked 4 tickets through them on 12 March but my ticket did not appear on the Air India website until we were at the airport on 8 April 2026.
Whenever I contacted the agency for updates, I received different answers each time. After spending over two hours on hold, I finally managed to speak with a representative.
Things got even worse when they demanded an additional INR 5000 per ticket (a total of INR 20000 for my group) just 15 hours before our departure. They threatened that if I did not pay this additional fee, our tickets would be canceled. This request came just before hours of departure on 7 April whereas I booked the tickets on 12 March, this is showing a lack of integrity and professionalism on their part.
I wanted to share this to warn you and others about their unethical practices. Please consider other options if you wish to have a peaceful travel experience.

Full Baggage Fraud done by Happy Fares
I booked the flight ticket and in their ticket it was written 0 kg checkin allowance. I agreed and I purchased an additional 10 kg baggage for Rs 5k. After that the representative told that now you have 30kg baggage for the flight as we have added 10kg. Then I got really pissed off and told to refund 10kg as the original ticket said 0 kg to begin with. Still they are not refunding and telling it was my choice. Full fraud. Never use skyscanner and click on happy fares. They are robbers. Telling that no baggage is added and want you to pay extra for the addiitional luggage which is already added.

happyfares is a complete fraud
happy fares is very unfortunate to have cheated me in the recent past. i had booked a ticket for laxman thapa and the pnr for an airindia flight, which when checked with airindia did not exist. there was no ticket and laxman thapa never travelled. i am now going to take shanti jain & his whole effin team for a memorable ride that might make you change your name to saddestfares and Ashanti jain. i shall engage an employee to badmouth your fraud company in all social media platforms frequently just for starters. get prepared you bunch of thugs.
