They were pretty good
They were pretty good, the company is new and I like helping out those who go above and beyond, My flight got rescheduled thrice, I was notified and asked if i was comfortable to proceed. So it was customer centric and they sent me updates quite fast as well.

Ticket not received till last moment
You do not received the ticket even till last minute. You will receive it after following up so much. 12-24 hr does not matter. Im still trying to call and whatsapp and reach out for a flight which is in 5 hrs, but not getting any revert anywhere. Creates anxiety before travel
