Obviously everyone’s experience is different, but this is the second time I have ordered from here, and the second time I have been absolutely over the moon about the quality of the flowers, the easy ordering and the fast delivery. I honestly cannot fault them. My last order was for a gift and the recipient sent a photo of the flowers, chocolates and ballon I had sent her. The flower bouquet was a great size, the chocolates were a bigger box than I expected and the thank you balloon was even lovelier than the design I had originally ordered (it must had been out of stock, which was fine!)

This is the first time I've used this company, my mum is so pleased with her flowers, she says they are beautiful, they were well boxed. arrived on time and good value for money. I will use this company again and hopefully they will be as good.

I did 2 orders with this company. The first were the right flowers with the wrong card attached. However, the person receiving them loved them despite being intended for a 90 year old’s birthday. The 2nd was for Mother’s Day. They arrived 4 days before Mother’s Day but my Mum was delighted. Even though this company needs some fine tuning in attention to detail, I have awarded 4 stars for the flowers.

Chose a specific date for Mother's Day and they have arrived 3 days early and were squashed! Apparently it's in their terms and cons that your flowers can arrive 1-3 before or after the specific date you have chosen! Who wants to get flowers days after or before their special day!

Ordered for Mother’s Day, the website allowed me to choose the delivery date, so I chose Sunday, and they have just been delivered today (Thursday), great Mother’s Day surprise! I specifically asked that they were not delivered before when I got a dispatch email, but was assured it was only generated as they print the orders to pick in advance. Will not be using again!!!!!!

I ordered a bouquet on Friday 6th March for delivery the following day. The flowers actually arrived on Tuesday 10th March, completely dry stems, very wilted flower heads and ripped tissue paper around the bouquet. Both recipient and myself were extremely disappointed. What was supposed to lift the spirits of the recipient after recent surgery most certainly failed. A ‘HAPPY DAY’ it was not.

Came a day late, all the stalks on the flowers were rotten and mouldy dead flower heads and petals falling off, did get a replacement but not worth the money for carnations and gipsophilia AVOID!

Ordered a bouquet for friends birthday. Poor quality and did not look like what was advertised on website. Cheaper flowers used . Should have been lily's roses and chrysanthemums. But there was 3 roses and 1 lily and the rest was poor quality chrysanthemums.
I contacted them and was told they can substitute flowers. A total waste of money with this company.
Do not use them.!!!!

I ordered flowers for my sister’s fiftieth birthday but discovered that she and my brother in law would be in Krakow but I emailed them and they contacted me to say that they would change the delivery date, I’ve used this company before when sending flowers to my late Mum and she was always delighted with her flowers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE I ordered for my daughterwho as been really poorly they were disgusting,I was so disappointed,I wouldn't advise anyone to order from these they didn't last 3 days they didn't look anything like that picture at all

Booked bouquet for a special occasion, when it arrived it was nothing like the pictures on their website and looked more like they had divided old stock with new stock as half the flowers were on their way out and dead within 2 days. Raised a complaint within 3 days and all they offer is a replacement bouquet, who in their right mind would take that chance again as their loved one had already been disappointed on the first occasion. This is basically faulty goods and therefore refundable.. Maybe a bank charge back is the next step.

Wouldn't use this company Again
Ordered Flowers to be Delivered on the 13 th February.
They just Delivered them a Daily Early
And poor Quality Flowers all Dried up

I ordered my special friend a bouquet, which was pictured on their website. I decided to pay extra and buy the large size instead of the standard. Also pay for tracking.I normally never purchase anything without looking at the reviews of a product first, but i was in a rush. I certainly regret that now. I asked my friend to send me a photo of the bouquet on the day she received them, which was a day late.
I was totally gobsmacked, the bouquet didn't look like the photo on the website. There were flowers missing I.e Gypsophila, & dried purple flowers.
The bouquet was definitely not the large size.
I feel cheated and mislead.
People are giving this company their hard earned cash and not receiving the appropriate goods.
It is dishonest.
I have tried umpteen times to get in contact with this company to complain, but the answer machine or whatever it is informs me that the number is not available at that moment.
How many times does one have to phone, in order to get a reply????
I will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered flowers and a card 9 days ago, still has not turned up. They have refused to refund me now not responding to emails. Clearly a scam I wish I checked the reviews on here first.

Stay well clear. No order delivered, phone contact not possible, emails ignored. No refund

One star generous...flowers damaged very dry aswell..not even delivered day supposed to be very cheap looking aswell major let down

I ordered two different bouquets for my two sisters who lives in one household and man ... All went wrong... Delivery date was changed with no explanation... And both of them received the same bouquet assembly ... Disappointing... And bouquet didn't look like presented on website... Sad experience... Never again

Rubbish.Booked only as advertised next day delivery.
Allowed the date online booking but took 3 days via post office.
Suspect never achieve next day delivery despite emails telling me the flowers were on there way,they clearly weren't.
In a rush for these,should have checked reviews...and small print.
Won't ever use or recommend

I ordered roses for valentines and it arrived next day
Also the flowers were dead flowers and the red roses had lost its colour and looked more light orange than red
Avoid at all costs
Alsl emailed the company on the day as needed for valentines not next day and no reply wont be using again
