Terrible service don’t waste your money

Cheaper option out there, don’t waste your money hoping for support or better customer service
 first month went well
 2nd delivery took 2 weeks, dpd tried to deliver twice because I was at work.. no choice to change delivery date
 told them that I could only have deliveries on a Friday.. dispatch again Tuesday!! Luckily the 3rd delivery was by a different carrier and I could change to a Friday delivery .. so much for keeping it refrigerated.. told them countless times that no one in during week
 3rd month delivery was delivered Thursday, luckily some one was in !!!

Now to the coach, Wadile.. I emailed him as I had remained at 5mg on my 3rd dose and was questioning if this the right decision. My request was to communicate only by email
 3 times I emailed him to ask for a response before shipment happened, you guessed it, absolutely no reply
. do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, perhaps Asda customer service is no good, but you are saving yourself over £100 per month
 needless to say I have cancelled my subscription

I was a subscriber to the service I was going to be on holiday when my delivery was due so I messaged over a week before to either postpone or bring forward I was not able to do either but the delivery was going to cost me and would have needed to be thrown away immediately. It took over 4 weeks to reinstate my account at which point I gave up hope and went elsewhere but THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED NOTHING AND GOT VERY LITTLE CONTACT UNTILL THEY WANTED MY MONEY I would not use them ever again they are completely and utterly con artists I will be taking this further

The hold that was mentioned never occurred they are absolutely useless and scammed me out of my money DO NOT USE

Happy to continue with Happen

Slight delays on orders as they seem to be getting 1-2 days later every month resulting in missing days her and there. Wasn’t delighted on the pressure to write the 5* review while I was on the phone doing my monthly review BUT the fact they do the reviews speaks a lot to the other companies who are more concerned about getting the payment. Will continue to use this company

Excellent support

Spoke to Krishan today about a few questions I had , I was considering using another provider solely due to cost , however I have decided to stay and make use of the excellent customer service that Happen offer and the service they offer . They are available and to be fair every time I have phoned there is always helpful staff member to provide support. You cannot put a price on your health and I feel very comfortable with this company, Krishan has also arranged for a wellness coach to contact me to provide support re nutrition which I will fine very helpful , I have considered other providers but they don’t offer the support Happen provides

Step back in delivery service.

Disappointed that I have to be in all day for DPD Delivery, with Bluco now organizing the logistics.
Preferred Postal delivery which was always before 9am .
Additional to this, I was phoned up by Happen, they explained that the use of DPD was for security of the delivery of the goods. That some customers had denied having their delivery.
The customer service is excellent, and appreciated my annoyance, but said it was unfortunately nesesery .
So just let me say , I understand why DPD have been employed, and thank Happen for taking the time to reach out.

The delivery from dpd said they tried


The delivery from dpd said they tried to deliver today and I was not home . I waited in from early morning 7am until5pm . They said they could not deliver until tomorrow. It needs to be in a fridge . I am not happy as they have left on doorstep before .

Hi Lynette,

We're really sorry to hear about the delivery issue you experienced with DPD. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after waiting in all day.
We want to reassure you that the cold pack in your parcel is designed to protect the medication during transit. Its role is to slow heat transfer and help maintain a safe temperature during the delivery.
To clarify our Mounjaro Cold Chain Policy:
The cold chain begins at the time of dispatch.
Mounjaro can remain out of the fridge for up to 48 hours, as long as the temperature stays below 30°C.
If received within that 48-hour window, the pens can go straight into the fridge and will remain safe to use until the expiry date.
If received after 48 hours, the pens are still usable, but must be used within 30 days.
We’re disappointed to hear that DPD did not complete the delivery as expected — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will be raising this directly with them.
A member of our team has already been in touch with you to resolve the matter and we can see the order has been successfully redelivered .

As outlined in our final response sent to you on 21/07/2025, your order was delivered within the required 48-hour window, in line with cold chain requirements. We also provided reassurance based on manufacturer guidelines confirming the safety of your medication under these conditions.
You informed us on multiple occasions that you disposed of the pen based on personal advice, without first consulting our clinical or pharmacy team. Please note, we would have been happy to clarify the cold chain integrity and confirm the product's safety if contacted. As the medication was not faulty and you chose to discard it without clinical consultation, we are unable to issue a refund.
Your feedback regarding background noise has already been acknowledged and escalated to our management team for improvement. This has also been communicated to you directly.
