Know with the ups and down and ordering last minute we just need to wait and be patient

My experience with happen i will give them 10/10.

I receive my phone call regarding my mounjaro pen Leigh sing was the person who have give me a guidelines of what happen next the service is smoothie from the minutes I but my first pen till the next minute am just waiting to receive the 2 pen happy with the service and again thank you Leigh

Expensive

I think they have always been more expensive than a lot of providers and now increases they are even more than again other providers

Wish I could give no stars

Wish I could give no stars, ordered Mounjaro over 2 week ago, filled in all the questions and gave all the details required, paid for it was accepted, they said it was being processed, heard nothing, sent email they replied said they were busy to be patient kept me hanging, now just received an email saying order cancelled as they cannot supply due to high demand which has now left me with no medication at all! Totally unprofessional and incompetent Pharmacy. Do not use!

Poor poor poor! Followed link in an online ad as offered discount on Mounjaro. Went through the whole process and placed order only to receive an email 2 days later to say that ‘due to some people buying up the drug due to recent price rises my order had been cancelled’.

Not a good impression.

1/9/25 - Have been called twice now by Junita from customer services, once to explain the decision and once to say an order can be placed. Good follow up service following 'complaint on here' - however, advertising campaign needs attention as they hook people in and cannnot deliver.

needed to reschedule a prescription


I needed to reschedule a prescription but had no idea how to go about it so i contacted the help support email
I was sent a reply explaining this might take upto 5 working. Howerever i recieved an email from Juanita who asked for a few more details to ensure it got to the correct team. Which I thought was very efficient but I further revieved another email again from Juanita confirming this had been done and to contact if I need anyother help.
So lovely and I recieved exceptional customer service. Its very rare to have feed back these days

My experience with Happen has been up and down. Unfortunately my debit card was compromised and I received a new card, it took 3 weeks to update my payment. This obviously delayed my prescription and since then delivery has always been late.
I'm happy with my weight loss. But the communication could have been better
