We needed help to remortgage and it was all a little bit complex! Hansar Mortgages were fantastic. The mixture of being able to use the online platform with one to one helpful experienced service was perfect. Even as rates were changing we were really well advised every step of the way. I usually do my mortgages myself but as we wanted to release equity I wasn't exactly sure what to do.

I found Lynsey through recommendations on EGG. From the very start Lynsey was very friendly, full of great advice and extremely accommodating. Fitting in calls outside of my working hours.

Lynsey found us a mortgage which suited our needs quickly and even then when HSBC decided I didn't seem to exist. She quickly found a new and almost similar policy.

Our situation was slightly complex, in that my wife and I are both Directors of our own companies, and mine had only had a year's trading. Despite this, Lynsey was not only able to find us the mortgage that allowed us to buy our dream flat, she was incredibly proactive in following up with the mortgage company and was great at keeping us updated through the process.
