The softness of the cotton is beautiful

However the pilling at the underarm area is not reflect quality n longevity of wearing time

After about two decades of loving HANRO underwear (camisoles and shorts) and tops (mostly T-shirts), I have become
increasingly unhappy with them. I don’t know exactly what has happened, but I can tell you the quality of the material is not the same as before. I specifically notice that the camisoles and shorts don’t seem to hold up as well as they used to. I used to adore the smooth soft feeling of the material, even after multiple wears and washing cycles. More recent items start to feel worn only a few washing cycles.(I always wash those in the delicate cycle with appropriate detergent in my Miele washing machine. I have not had any problems with my other clothes that are washed similarly in the same washing machine.)

What has happened to HANRO quality? The prices are as high as ever, but the quality is much much less.

I am now starting to look for other brands

Three weeks ago, I contacted Hanro regarding noticeable quality issues: one recently purchased underwear item was clearly lower quality despite owning 2 pairs of the same model bought previously and cared for identically. I also raised concerns about the quality of their modal silk pyjama pants. No response to this day.
I’ve bought many Hanro products over the years, but the recent drop in quality combined with complete disregard for customers has convinced me to stop purchasing the brand altogether. Well done, Hanro.

I was reluctant to place my order after reading all these negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. Speedy delivery and perfect product. 10/10!

Hanro, synonyme de qualité, je n'en dirai pas autant de leur "e boutique" .
Il est écrit sur le bandeau bien visible, sur le site français, "retours faciles et gratuits". À savoir, c'est seulement pour l'Allemagne, la Suisse et l'Autriche. Sinon retour à la charge de l'acheteur, en recommandé, puisque la méfiance s'installe devant un service client inexistant. Déception, première et dernière commande sur le site Hanro.

The quality of the products is fine however they don't provide pre-paid return in EU except for Austria and Germany. It is very disappointing and makes me not to purchase from this brand in the future.

Seit 2 immer wieder Jahren gekaufte Slips lösen sich am Bund auf. Finger weg

Onmiddellijk nadat ik voor 300,- euro besteld had, zag ik dat ik per ongeluk een verkeerde maat had gekozen bij vier artikelen. Ik mailde en belde binnen een uur daarna om te vragen of ze dat konden corrigeren of de bestelling konden annuleren. Beide was volgens klantenservice onmogelijk want de bestelling werd al ingepakt in het pakhuis. Dit was niet waar aangezien de bestelling pas vijf dagen later werd verzonden. Om terugzendkosten te vermijden zou ik het pakje moeten weigeren bij bezorging (daarmee liep ik dan ook de artikelen mis die wel goed waren...).Op dit moment was ik al behoorlijk teleurgesteld en dat schreef ik. Als compensatie bood men aan dat ik na het weigeren van het pakje onmiddellijke terugbetaling zou krijgen. Ik heb meteen na weigeren gemaild naar Hanro dat ik geweigerd had en dat dit in de status zichtbaar was. Dat is inmiddels vijf dagen geleden maar nog geen enkele reactie, ook niet na herhaald mailen. Ook hier heeft de klantenservice dus niet de waarheid gesproken. De kwaliteit van de online winkel en klantenservice zijn slecht, niet waardig voor zo'n goed merk.
Na ook op Instagram te hebben laten weten dat ik nog op een oplossing wachtte, kwam men in actie en werd het probleem opgelost...

Nach 11 Tagen wurde die Bestellung immer noch nicht verschickt.Keine verbindliche Info trotz Mailkontakt mit Hanro....Service???? just lausy !!!

Schlechte Qualität bei hohem Preis. Ich habe 2 Pyjamas gekauft, die beim Tragen Ihre Form verlieren und alles andere als hochwertig aussehen. Schlimmer aber noch ist, dass die Ware nach mehrmaligen waschen einläuft! Die Pyjamahosen sind mittlerweile mehrere Zentimeter zu kurz, ebenfalls die Ärmel und Gesamtlänge der Oberteile. Bei den Preisen von HANRO nicht akzeptabel! Ich habe Pyjamas von anderen Marken, die auch nach 2-3 Jahren noch schön sind.

Ich war nun bereits dreimal in diesem Laden, weil mir das Sortiment eigentlich sehr gefällt – leider wurde ich jedes Mal extrem unfreundlich behandelt. Schon beim Betreten wurde ich mit einem scharfen Blick und einem abweisenden „Ja, was kann ich für Sie tun?“ begrüßt. Als ich dann höflich nach einem bestimmten Stück fragte, wurde mir nur ein einziges fast wortlos und unmotiviert gezeigt. Noch bevor ich fragen konnte, ob ich es anprobieren darf, war die Verkäuferin schon wieder an ihrem Platz – sichtbar genervt.

Als ich mich weiter umschauen wollte, wurde ich beim Berühren eines Ständers sofort zurechtgewiesen: „Bitte nicht anfassen, der Ständer wackelt.“ Auf meine Rückmeldung, dass ihr Verhalten ein sehr unwillkommenes Gefühl vermittelt, wurde mir tatsächlich gesagt: „Dann müssen Sie gehen.“

Ich war jedes Mal gewillt, etwas zu kaufen, aber durch das durchgehend unhöfliche Verhalten habe ich mich mehrfach dazu entschieden, den Laden wieder zu verlassen. Sehr schade – bei einem solchen Kundenumgang verzichtet man leider freiwillig auf einen Kauf.

Very bad experience with Hanro. Run away from the brand

I ordered an article but unfortunately the size doesn't suit me. Their M size is much larger than other brands, but there's no warning about this on their site. Now I'm stuck with my article as I cannot send it back, unless I Pay €30, as Hanro didn't provid with a pre-paid label. This brand and a great deception.

Service déplorable. Commande pour plus de 200 E effectuée le 30 décembre, reçu un avis selon lequel la commande est prête à être expédiée le 4 janvier avec un lien qui ne fonctionne pas. Depuis (14 janvier), aucune nouvelle de ma commande et silence radio de la part de l'entreprise malgré mon mail et mes téléphones au service clients.

Très cher pour une qualité médiocre.
SG rose: dentelle qui se déchire. Bretelles trop fines et bas de gamme ; elles se décolorent au lavage par rapport au reste du SG (pourtant lavé à la mains).
Déception !

Première commande effectuée, tout s'est très bien passé.
J'ai commandé deux articles car je ne les trouvais nulle part ailleurs, la qualité est excellente, belles matières, l'expédition a été très rapide et la livraison efficace par La Poste, j'ai reçu le colis en 5 jours, les articles étaient proprement emballés dans une jolie boîte, commande conforme aux attentes.
Attention cependant pour les tailles qui ne sont pas les mêmes que les tailles en France car ce sont des tailles allemandes il me semble, un 36-38 sera l'équivalent d'un XS, un 40-42 sera l'équivalent d'un S, du moins pour les pantalons de pyjama.

que la qualité de leurs services est exceptionnel grande souplesse pour satisfaire le client qui aurait des demandes particulières même si les faveurs demandées sortent un peu des conditions générales
pour mon cas il s'agissait d'une demande de prolongation de délai de retour car mon cadeau serait remis hors délai ..Grand bravo à leur attitude commerciale !

Gutes Sortiment in bewährter Hanro Qualität. Zügige Lieferung, Problem wurde umgehend gelöst. Vielen dank auch an dieser Stelle!
