Terrible workmanship, quality and customer service. No acknowledgement of purchase, I had to contact them to see what was going on with order. Lost my 1st order, the watch strap lasted 1 month then fell apart. They don't want to know about it. Complete waste of money. Hannah informed me that "mate it is only $100 not $1000". Avoid this company like the plague.

This is a scam website. The garments were poorly made, too big (I ordered extra small & got size 18) & of shape. When trying to get a refund they won’t give you an address to send things back, instead they keep offering discounts. Then finally send you an address in the middle of China somewhere, telling you how to cheat the postal & government system. They also preframe that if they don’t get your parcel knowing full well that it will never arrive, that they will not give you a refund anyway. Massive scam, poor quality cheap Chinese shit. Don’t do it. I don’t even know if they refunded the 40%

The material of the garment was cheap synthetic and the sizing was wrong. When I requested to return they offered a 20% refund , then a 25% refund or return to China at my expense. Poor quality garment.

Do not purchase from this website and or Bryron Bay Essentials, owned by the same company, located in China/Hong Kong. The quality of the products is unacceptable and then it's impossible to get a refund, this is a SCAM!

They advertised and accepted payment for a leather jacket and supplied a polyester one. Their mistake sending me the wrong product BUT want me to send it back to them at my expense! They’ve not once offered to supply the correct product which tells me they don’t have the jacket I paid for and they are engaging in deliberately misleading consumers. An offence in Australia. They are not a Melbourne based company and you will regret any dealings with them. They are in a scam alert list, wish I’d checked before spending $115+ on a polyester jacket that looks like a black plastic bag. Fraud!!!

I ordered a jacket from this "Melbourne" business which turns out to be in Guandong Province. The jacket came in different colours, did not match the size guide and was of a poor quality. They required me to return it AT MY COST to China. Secure delivery would cost more than the item.The business comes up on various scam websites

After receiving 2 jackets earlier in the year, I decided to order 2 more. What I received was inferior, wasn't the same style, fabric or the correct size I ordered. I've sent photos comparing as they asked and I've heard crickets since. It feels like they had a surge of orders and decided to whip up a cheap version not realising I had already purchased 2 previously.

I ordered a size 37 shoe, they sent a size 40! They are like boats. When I asked for refund they wrote "We can confirm that a pair of shoes were in your order so we cannot process any compensation" WOW, unvelievable! This is not an Australian business as advertised. A total SCAM.

Scam. I got sucked in by the website and ordered 2 jackets. Postage took ages and the quality is awful. The fabric is thin itchy polyester and doesn’t look like the photos. Learn from my mistake and avoid this crappy site and clothes.

I ordered a lot of items because the ads looked amazing and the photos were very convincing. But when the package arrived, I was shocked. The quality is beyond disappointing — it’s honestly like a joke. Cheap, poorly made, nothing like the pictures. This shop is a scam. Don’t waste your money here. I regret trusting them.

This is a total scam! The quality is extremely poor! They ripped me off!

I fell for this one, and keen to help others avoid the same mistake. Put simply, what’s advertised is not at all what arrives. And yes, they will offer you 20% discount to keep what they’ve sent, and won’t tell you a return address. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I too was disappointed to receive the various items I bought online. Cheap 95% polyester fabric and not what I expected . The advertisement showed a couple closing down its melbourne store. But when you watch further on IG, you see same designs but dfferent stores closing their stores down too with similar stories. I would like to return the items please. I bought my numerous items on 18th March and received them more than two weeks later which I thought took a long time as I also live in the same Australian state. I suspected something amiss but was hoping that it was not. In my opinion, the dresses and blouses are not of good standard. Lovely prints but the fabric was a let down.

I asked for a refund and to return the items - they offered 20% and to keep the items. They advertise 100% money back guarantee. This is a scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute garbage. Items delivered were inferior to those ordered and not even made of the same material. An item specifically called ‘cotton dress’ was made of polyester. Cheaply made items, weird sizing. This is a Chinese scam site and they constantly have a ‘closing down sale’ on. Avoid!
