I returned items because of very poor quality in January (10 month's ago) , I had to return them to China, even though the company address on the website says Netherlands, they were received in China and returned back to me, I have been in email contact for month's and all they reply is that they are investigating. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on the quality of the clothes and the lack of service. if there was a zero star I would give it.

Ordered shoes in April, received them in July. Terrible quality, no shop print label on the shoes. When I tried to return them it wasn't possible and wasn't entitled to a full refund, this isn't mentioned on the website. I wouldn't recommended using this website. AVOID this company is a scam

I still haven’t received my refund despite the fact that the company received my returned parcel on 2nd August—confirmed by tracking and the post office. I’ve provided every detail and followed up multiple times, yet they continue to delay and avoid responsibility.
Customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend ordering from this company—if anything goes wrong, you’ll be left chasing your money with no resolution in sight. Items are from China and don’t look as good as the photos.

Brought three pairs woven tights for $99.90. Worn five times and elastine within tights broke leaving white threads showing. Customer Service offered 15% discount on any further item I bought from them. Very poor quality. They then offered me a 30% discount if I purchased more of their inferior goods! Do not buy from this company

Bought a pair of sandals, which looked similar to other pairs I’d seen online from cheaper companies, but thought I’d pay the extra, support an Australian business and receive the sandals faster than if I had bought overseas. To the contrary! They have a deceptive website to make you believe they’re Australian, and promote they send via DHL and FEDEX, which they do not. I eventually received the package 4 weeks after order, and the quality is that of a cheap fast fashion company, but Mills sell for triple the price to mislead you to think they’re quality products.
This company is a SCAM. I wish I had researched. Avoid.

The products were nowhere near what they were pictured and described. The refund fund process was a constant back and forth with them offer to only refund a percentage of the cost and for me to keep the horrendous items. They final agreed to a full refund with me having to send the items back to China at $37 and provide them with tracking, photos etc. Once again had to constantly email them to request my refund, which I eventually got . 3 months late the damn parcel turns up at my door with return to sender , unable to deliver. I know I should have done my research better , that’s on me . There are so many shit companies out there doing this . I have give a 1 star rating only because I was able to apply no stars .

Bought the Vida loafers which were described as real suede leather and they looked really good on the photos. Honestly the lowest quality pair of shoes I've ever seen. Made out of a flimsy cardboard-like material and reeking of chemicals. Tried to get my money back but their return policy is a total scam. Costs you as much to return them as the damn things cost. Also don't be fooled by the name, there's nothing Aussie about the company.

Rubbish quality, paid sale price $89 for a jacket not worth $5. Requested a return/refund, to which they offered 20% and keep the item. I made it very clear I did not want the item and would never wear it. They then offered 30% refund but would have to pay $40 in shipping to return item...dont waste your money

Product sent was not as listed on the website. Different configuration and poor quality compared to the advertised product.

The company initially refused a refund and deflected with discounts. On insisting on a refund they offered a return process with international shipping to China at my cost. I did this, including tracking and insurance. The parcel was never collected (as they have nobody there to collect) and was returned to sender.

I did get a full refund and the product back, however the cost of shipping back was more than the product is worth. Mills Melbourne is just an ebay/Temu retailer with a glossy web presence. Avoid.

I want to give zero star. The worst quality you can find. They just sell Temu items with huge markups. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
For returns, they won’t give you back the full amount because of the “expensive delivery fees to China”. Ridiculous. What a scam.

Wrong item received, like not even close to advertised picture.
Contacted business and received awful customer service, refund voucher or 30% refund only. Zero responsibility taken for sending the wrong product.
Beware they use pictures of items that are not of their actual stock. Do not buy from this seller.

The same issues as everyone else. Ordered, looked great online but quality was beyond bad. Expensive for the rubbish they sent. No refund only vouchers to spend on more bad quality items. So annoyed at myself for trusting them. NEVER AGAIN. Will be reporting them. Certainly NOT a Melbourne company. Shame on them.

Bought some sneakers $70+that turned out to be of poor quality they did fit but they were what you would find on Temu for $20. Received a full credit & was able to keep the shoes which was ok decided to buy another pair of shoes as I didn’t like anything else in their shop, well that was a big mistake replacement even though looked great again was of poor quality & this time were to small. No exchange provided they offered 10% which I rejected I will never buy from this shop again.

Clothes went straight in the bin !!!! Terrible quality and everything undersized as well. Disgusted with all 3 items. AVOID

Please don’t waste your money. I ordered some sandals from here, when they arrived they were so poorly made and half of the buckle on one had broken off. They would not refund only provide a credit note. I then used the credit note on a jumper. When the jumper arrived it was completely different to the one I ordered and again extremely poorly made and looked very cheap. They will not offer a refund or credit note given this was already a replacement item. So with 2 items in the bin and $85 down I wish I had never purchased from here.

On Sept 2024 I ordered 2 supposedly, good quality linen pants and what arrived were cheap nasty, fake linen pants that look like crepe paper. I requested to return the items. And only then realised this is not an Australian company not are they based in Melbourne, Australia. They said to send the parcel back to China and I paid $25.35 to send these ugly pants back. This was Sept 2024. I did not hear back and now June 2025 the pants came back return to sender. I am livid. I emailed the company again to request a refund. I just hope people get to see these reviews first. It's so scary to shop online anymore when you have these online shops not doing the right thing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS-they make it look like they're an Aussie company but operate out of China. I wish the government would clamp down on these companies trading under false pretences. I ordered what looked like a very nice coat on their website and paid $120.00. What I received was a rag compared to the image on the website, as well the sizing was totally out- I ordered a 2X and the coat I got was about size 12 or 14. When I asked to return the item I was offered a refund of $40 and could keep the coat as costs of returning it was exorbitant. But what's the point if I'll never be able to wear it, will donate it to charity. Ended up having to accept a $49 refund as it would have been too costly to pursue the issue.

The product isnt what they advertise. The pictures are not what you get!!!!! Avoid at all costs ypu will regret ypu purchase decisions and imediatly want a refund that you will have to pay for.

Absolutely a rip-off company. Took my money, then sent me the wrong item. When I complained, they offered only 11% back of $70, and the item was from China. This company is fake and a scam. Buyers beware before you lose your hard-earned money.

Ordered item early April still to receive it or a refund. No estimated time of delivery at time of purchase a d items comes from overseas. Do not recommend to purchase from them and avoid using this business.
