What they don't tell you: be prepared for additional $50 cost before receipt
What they don't tell you: you will automatically be charged $35 for 5-7 day express shipment however shipping is from Vietnam and will take ~1 month. Also, after shipping they notify you that you must pay the import taxes. Be prepared for an additional bill with this company!
I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Your order was confirmed on Dec 17 and completed on Dec 23, within our 5–7 business day production time. You selected DHL express shipping ($35) at checkout, and the package was successfully delivered on Dec 29, in line with the 2–5 business day estimate.
Regarding import taxes, these are determined by your local customs and are outside of our control. However, we still supported and refunded the tax amount for your order as a gesture of goodwill.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible and will continue improving our communication to avoid any confusion.

The product was fine. It was a gift, and from casual observation it appears to be well made. Communication regarding shipment, however, was not good, and shipment time was more than is currently expected when ordering on-line.
