Warranty
I had an unfortunate issue with my freehub body, which broke after a year. I sent one email with a picture and sales invoice, and they happily sent out a replacement. Great experience and brilliant sounding hub.

A niche solution to a niche problem!
I had a long standing issue with a vintage steel bike that local bike shops couldn’t help with
I called a well known frame builder who recommended Halo
The parcel arrived and I’ve rebuilt the bike

All is well, good item
Reiceived the item in quite good order, delivery via GLS was kind of a horror, it took 3 attempts. However, it got here. The item is OK, feels very good.
Now I only need to build a wheel with it after ordering the correct spokes that fit with my rim.
So, all good.

vortex rim
i bought the vortex rim, the rim quality is very very good i think they make the best wheels in the market.
i also have a rear vortex wheel assembled from them i used like every day the bike and take a lot of hits i almost straight the pulls are perfectly tension.
i very reccomend them
