Never use this company. Have been waiting for a refund for products that never even left warehouse for over 3 weeks.

I ordered a Halloween costume a few days ago & the site clearly stated that if I pay a higher shipping fee that I will definitely get my package by the 30th. This ridiculous company has said on the tracking info "estimated delivery today by 12AM" THAT'S TMRW 🙄 So I will not be able to get my costume before I have to work on Halloween. Definitely F this site!!!!!

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I literally never write reviews but that is how TERRIBLE my experience was. There customer service, quality of product, and return policy (with charges and shipping costs) even well before the holiday, indicating clearly it was never work, was an all around AWFUL experience. I would choose literally any other place.

I ordered the 4ft Posable Skeleton Grave Breaker back on May 21, 2025: didn't realize then that it won't pose, and the head won't stay on. They asked why didn't put it, in May, because I was waiting closer to September/October to put it out. They finally said we could send you another one, I'm afraid that the other one would do the same thing. No thank you!!

Jeg bestilte ordre 8089, en halloween heks. Efter 3 ugers venten kontakter jeg firmaet for at høre hvor den bliver af, da vi er tæt på halloween og får svaret at de er ved at teste produkter og vil være sikre på at levere noget godt så jeg skal lige vente 7 dage mere, og jeg vil det, jeg beslutter mig for at gøre det, og gemme den til næste år, når jeg har modtaget den, da jeg modtager min pakke er det EN LILLE BLING BLING RING FRA KINA ! Jeg sender foto til firmaet og skriver det er ikke hvad jeg har bestilt, de beklager at have sendt noget forkert men forsikre mig om at den har en mer’værdi end min halloween heks og jeg må gerne beholde den ! Jeg beder dem sende en retur label samt min halloween heks som jeg har bestilt ! - de skriver igen at jeg lige skal vente 7 dage og bekræfte at jeg vil det, eller om jeg hellere vil have mine penge retur.. jeg skriver at jeg har svært ved at stole på at jeg næste gang modtager den rigtige vare, men hvis hun kan love mig dette, så er det ok, ellers vil jeg hellere have mine penge retur.
Jeg modtager så en mail med en adresse til Kina hvor jeg FOR EGEN REGNINH skal sende BLING BLING ringen retur, inden de vil refundere mine penge !! Der er vi så nu ! Jeg har skrevet NEJ TAK - Send mig hvad jeg har bestilt på ordre 8089, det er jer der har sendt mig en bling bling ring, dem skal jeg ikke betale for at sende retur , sammen med min rigtige ordre kan i sende mig en retur label - jeg afventer svar.

I had a disappointing experience with Halloween Express regarding their return policy. After purchasing an item and finding it wasn't suitable, I attempted to return it in pristine condition, with tags attached and original packaging. However, I was informed that they have a strict no-return policy if you try on the item.
While I understand seasonal stores may have specific policies, what frustrated me most was that this policy wasn't clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
The quality of the merchandise itself was fine, but the mask did not fit properly and you could barley see out of the eye cutouts. So, consumers beware that if you try on the item you will not be able to return it.

opgelet , bedriegers van ergste soort sturen nep producten die geen bal waard zijn , bij reclamatie wordt er verzocht om die producten terug te sturen naar USA (kost meer dan je bestelling hebt betaald) claim ingediend bij PAYPAL ( claim afgewezen je moet eerst terug sturen op eigen kosten en dan zal paypal iets kunnen doen . zo kunnen deze bedriegers de meeste mensen bedotten

Ich habe leider mehrere Bestellungen getätigt. Allerdings habe ich z.B. anstatt eines E-BIKE, Spott billigen Modeschmuck erhalten. Das sind alles Ramschartikel. Ich rate jedem Käufer die Finger weg zu lassen. Man wird nur mit billigem SCHROTT abgespeist.

Ordered a costume, arrived on time, upon opening I put the costume on and noticed an important piece to the costume the backpack that came with it was not in there. Somebody opened and returned it and I got shafted, emailed company twice with no reply

Would highly recommend avoiding this business. I purchased some decorations from them however what I recieved was not what I ordered.
I strongly recommend taking business elsewhere to avoid the same frustration.

I believe this company to be a scam. I ordered some halloween decorations which were very competitively priced. Had to chase delivery details. When I received the details it showed it had been received. DHL confirmed the details was sent we're not for my address. A further 10 days of chasing and then I'm told to send my bank details etc......absolute scam. AVOID. AVOID

Have ordered turkey inflatable that costs over 80 dollars and what I received was a 30 dollar item. Company does nothing to make it right and I’ve ordered it twice! Don’t waste your money with this company. I purchased it through Walmart.com.

This place sells poorly made products with misleading descriptions. I trusted them to replace a Halloween decoration, but the product arrived with key features missing, including motion sensors, which were not mentioned on the product page. It was more expensive than a better version I previously bought at Walmart. Now I’m left with no time to fix this and no easy return option. Very disappointed with the quality and transparency.

I paid for my costume. Got order confirmation. To this day no tracking info provided. Was supposed to be delivered already. Contacted them multiple times. No reply. Have to charge back from my bank

Ordered three really great looking animatronic, two of them 12 ft high... I received a pair of absolutely ugly and cheap earrings. Never again! No customer Service.

The Zombie Wolves I received from Halloween Express were both damaged. Both of the faces were deformed and both of them sounded terrible when they howled. I half expected them to send a third but they did not. It leads me to believe they do not have any zombie wolves that do not have any defects, buyer beware.

I have seen people on Facebook say that Halloween Express is a scam company. I'm sure they have never purchased from them or they would have known better. I have ordered from this company before and have always had good service.
This year I placed an order for an $80 animatronic on 8/20, received an email on 8/21 saying it was shipped and would arrive on 8/22. It did and it worked great.

Hooray! My efforts for the Halloween prep paid off. Everything we purchased here was used and the decorations went great together. Especially the skull lanterns!
