Absolutely scam. They were so professional and replied to all of my inquiries within 24 hours. Right after they recieved the funds, they stopped replying, I never recieved the dress I paid for and no further communication in anyway. I'm in debt $1,295 with no dress. Avoid this merchant.

Never Never again I wish I had read reviews the postage or tax is crazy I will never shop aboard again it's time I shop at home and I had to email for my refund never again

Be careful to read all the returns information before ordering from this store! The dress may be sent to the UK via the USA, you don't know this until you are contacted by DHL requesting a large import tax payment. If you want to return the item, it has to be sent to the USA within 14 days of receipt. Despite following all the return instructions, I was repeatedly told they couldn't track my parcel or identify it to me, even though I had proof of delivery and the returns form with my name and order number detialed was inside the package. I eventually got my money back but you are charged a £35 restocking fee. So far the fees for importation and return have cost me circa £250. I now have to start the claim with HMRC to get the import charges refunded! The dress was not worth it! Avoid!!!

I placed an order for a dress priced £685 and after making the payment, I received an email stating that 20% vat is not included in the price and another £140 should be paid before delivery.
I cancelled the order but am not sure when or if I will receive the refund.
This is a sharp business to avoid.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Ripped me off! Still owe me over £1000, I have had to go to my bank to get a refund. Never received the dresses I ordered, all communication was quick and great until I payed my money. Received one dress in the post and the rest never arrived.

Ordered 2 dresses - never was told that they would be dispatched from the US directly.
1 was dispatched alone with DHL, and I only found out that it was coming from the US when I received an invoice for duty and taxes and processing fees. I could not pay an extra £80 for a £250 dress so I told DHL I could not pay for it and they returned it back to the seller. Many emails later and Jessica kept fobbing me off saying they're waiting for the item to come back. Now opened a paypal case to try to retrieve my money. Last email from Shaide when I asked them for a refund and I'll close the case she said 'Paypal will see to it'.
If she had refunded me, paypal would close the case and I would not have written this review. Avoid at all costs.

I got my bridesmaids dresses from here! AMAZING customer service, they were really helpful with sizing and delivering my dresses to 6 different addresses. Highly recommend.

It says shipping to the U.S. is up to 10 days but it will take close to 4 weeks for your dress to arrive. The dress I got arrived dirty with make-up stains all over it. I quickly returned it and found out I had to pay for the return shipping to the UK - a whopping $70. I still returned the dress and requested a refund via email explaining my concerns. They did not respond to any of the emails regarding my concerns or the refund. I had to dispute this charge on my credit card. Don't waste your money!

Lovely dresses but don’t order with this company go to naked dresses instead.
I enquired about a dress whether they had the size in stock prior to purchasing to which they said yes. Communication was great. Once sale was made communication started to go south. They sent the wrong size even though when I enquired prior to purchase said they had it and even “supposedly” put the dress on hold for me.
They sent it from another company not their own - hence why I say just go to the source not them and said I would have to pay postage to send the dress back. It’s still not resolved but I can not stress enough save yourself the headache. I’m still trying to get my money back/ trying to get advice. I don’t have the dress in my possession and don’t have my money back yet. Honestly it’s been a nightmare and they are not interested to help or just do the right thing in this matter. It’s not good customers service and honestly if I were the designer I’d be rethinking them selling my attire.

100% the worst experience of my life. Placed an order for my dress on pre-order, told them when my wear date was and the dress never arrived. Received a refund and replaced the order for another wedding. No comms from the team, terrible terrible service. Still waiting for my dress + a response from the team after a week of emailing and messaging. Will never use them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Stay away from these scammers. Bought a dress for my daughter’s prom in 2018, paid £280 + £9 next day delivery and NEVER received the dress. Countless numbers of emails and received just 1 email , saying, ‘ they will send the dress as soon as it arrives from the main designer, and they have disappeared after. They answered all my emails until i bought the dress, then when the dress never come, I emailed them constantly, and no reply, they have, of course, no phone number that you can actually talk to someone.I still have all the copy of the correspondence e mails . They disappeared with my £289 . They are pure evil scammers, STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I have recently come across their promotional email again and decided to write my review, so no one will loose their precious earning to these scammers.
