Moldy Oranges, Great Customer Service
I think the company needs to consider using another method of shipping long distance. An orange shipped in an uninsulated box that's being carried in a truck for hours and then stored in a warm building for a day or two, and then put in another cold/warm truck is going to be delivered in poor condition. The company will happily send a replacement a MONTH later when the crop is in but then it all starts over.

Late delivery
The package was delivered to the Virginia address right after my daughter left on vacation for the week! The fruit is rotting outside her front door and will be a mess when she gets home.

Bad oranges, mold
The three trays of oranges arrived on time and well packaged. I was excited to send Florida oranges back to my office in Michigan, and they were very happy to see fresh oranges.
However, I just learned that there were 3 oranges in the 1st 2 trays that were moldly on the bottom and had to be discarded. I need to look at the 3rd tray tomorrow. I wonder how long they'd been in storage before being shipped?
