The fruit and cakes are delicious. The orange cake is my favorite. Customer service is really attentive also, I had a problem with one of my marmalades and they corrected it right away.

This is true. Every order I have ordered from Hale's has been on the money. There has been only a couple of times that there has been bad fruit and Hale's was called and they replaced all fruit that was damaged. They are a great company to do business with.
I just wish they could have a little lower prices. But for the service they have and the goodness of the product I will buy from them all the time.

Several issues
1st time I called the person tried to be helpful but was kinda clueless. Also they had wrong delivery address. Didn't get an email confirmation.
Called a second time to ask for email confirmation and still didn't correct delivery address. Also the person was borderline rude.
Also not impressed with flavor of oranges.
I want to think I was unlucky because always order from you.

Totally satisfied with Customer Service and sweet Honeybells!
The first time I ordered the Honeybells they were exactly ready. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the oranges with extremely sweet Honeybells. I am very satisfied with the customer service.
