My Transplant experience at Clinicana was excellent throughout, The experts and support staff were so professional.
My stay there was only surpassed by the service given to myself by Tony the chaperone from the moment I made contact by phone with him to the time I flew home Tony was either by my side, or only a message or call away from being with me at the hotel or consultations in the clinic he gave me constant support throughout the process. In conclusion Tony was more than a chaperone he really cares about his clients. Thanks you so much Tony.

Tony is what made the experience great. He's always on hand to answer any questions in the run-up to the trip. Then on the trip he's properly on it all the time. He goes in to the consultation and ensures the whole thing runs smoothly, letting you know exactly what's going to happen, where you need to be and when. He's knocking about after the procedure, too, checking in on you, making sure you understand the post-op care, which is essential. Now, I'm a week out from the procedure and he's still always on hand to answer any questions you have. And there's bound to be questions, considering what you've been through.

Having Tony there was absolutely invaluable. And on top of that, he's a solid dude.

One of the other great thing about the chaperone service is sharing the experience with a group of people going through the same thing, so you're never alone, and in the relatively short space of time i spent in Turkey, I can honestly say I've made some new friends.

I've just used Tony Owen's chaperone service for a trip to Istanbul for a hair transplant procedure.

When looking into having it done there was a whole swamp of information and mis-information online. It is very hard to know what and who to trust.

Tony came on recommendation from a friend of a friend and had great reviews online. He took all of the paranoia and doubt out of the process. Which is very important in what would otherwise be quite a daunting process. It still is daunting, having lots of holes put in your head! but it's great that there's nothing further to worry about.

Everything is taken care of, accommodation, transport etc. and Tony is always available on the phone and messages.

This really smoothed out the process for me, and his fee is less than 5% of the overall cost, so very reasonable.

When it came to the consultation and deciding upon the design of the new hairline it was great to have Tony in the room. We had already discussed what I wanted before hand. He knows the surgeon and he knows his stuff, so its a nice little forum to get the right decision, there was no rush and we went through a few alternatives.

Before, during and after the procedure Tony has been available for any questions or concerns and is clearly very experienced in this industry.

I would strongly recommend the chaperone service and I can't wait to enjoy the results of the procedure.

Recently on the chaperone service with Tony. Made the whole experience very relaxed and not nervous about the whole procedure. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’m 1 year one from my transplant and I’ve had fantastic results, would definitely recommend. Staff in clinicana are great and take great care of you when in there. I would highly recommend the chaperone service with Tony as he was so much help before during and after the trip to Turkey, always responded very quickly if I had any questions and knows what he is talking about.

I’ve recently had my hair transplant. And I’ve felt comfortable from the word go. I couldn’t make a chaperone trip so I went on my own. But I didn’t feel alone. Tony was there all the way. And was such an easy journey from airport to hospital to the hotel.
As for my operation. I feel comfortable throughout the procedure it is a long day. But I was well looked after but the team. And I cannot wait for the coming months to see how it’s all gone.

I’m a week post op and I’d like to leave a few words here to describe my experience with Tony and hair transplant solutions. So after having a few consultations with companies and some not even offering them I was put in touch with Tony by word of mouth. I couldn’t not recommend them more, from the first chat we had I knew this is the company I would use. Firstly is experience in the hair game showed with his vast knowledge of the game, everything was explained to me exactly how someone going in to this blind needed. Every step he was bang on the money from explaining the procedure to advice and finally when I booked all the things I needed to know and do leading up to op. Any questions or worries I had he would get back to me straight away away and I know that is this same now as I’m in the recovery process now! Everything was planned to the tee pick ups from airports hotels and drops offs all done for you! I first chatted to Tony about 8 months ago when I was trying to decide where to get a hair transplant, and right away Tony went through everything with me and any queries or questions I had he was able to answer and made me feel more confident about getting my procedure, I felt that relaxed I didnt even think about the procedure until I was going to the airport a couple of weeks ago, Tony had everything set up from pick ups at the airport to getting blood work done, drops to and from the hotel and back to the airport to fly home.

He made the whole procedure effortless and all I had to do was turn up, even after getting home he continued to check in and still does, I couldn't have asked for better

Going to a foreign country for a procedure like this is a really big deal, so when I found Tony’s chaperone company and service, I read all the reviews and decided that I was going. Tony provided video call guidance in the months leading up to the trip, and was there every step of the way, calming my nerves the night before, providing emotional support on the day of the procedure; before and after, giving his expert guidance to the designing doctor about my specific needs and desires, being realistic about what can be achieved, and offering immediate support as soon as the procedure was completed, right through to the first visit back to the clinic for the initial check up and saw me off in the pre-arranged transfer to the airport. My advice post-procedure is to have a nap, eat well and drink plenty of water, and listen to Tony’s significant experience and guidance. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone who is thinking about having a hair transplant. It really made a difference having an experienced Brit there with us all, and I can see the other lads in our group have also left 5* reviews, which I feel is completely warranted.
