I am 27 years old and for the last few years I have been desperate for a hair transplant as my hairline was getting out of hand. I did my research on hair transplants and would 100% recommend staying in the UK for the procedure as I felt a lot more comfortable than flying to Turkey. There are other places in London that you could go to but they would charge double the amount or more! Hair Medics UK offered a very good price for me and the entire staff who carried out the procedure were very nice. I had my hair done yesterday and although the procedure took the whole day I really felt everyone was focussed about getting me the best results! Dr Hamad Hawama carried out the hair transplant and he was extremely professional from the moment I arrived and listened to all of my questions and concerns. He took photos of each step of the procedure and sent them to me on WhatsApp so I could see what was being done. In addition to this, he very kindly offered to text or call him if I have any questions or concerns afterwards which made me feel a lot more comfortable about the after care. Overall, I would highly recommend going here as the price was affordable, the procedure although slightly uncomfortable was worth it and the staff were lovely from start to finish.

I had my Hair Transplant at Hair medics and the whole process from the consultation with Dr Fahad to talking to making the booking with the owner Robbie was easy and pleasure to deal with. On the day of surgery I had Dr Hamad who is very experienced and answered all my questions, Everything went well and want to thank everyone at Hair Medics including the nurse Narges.

Dr Hamad Hawama and my nurses were all professional and very helpful throughout the whole process.
I was able to have a completely personalised experience to best achieve a natural look I wanted.

There was a moment I felt faint due to my own accord of not eating a good meal prior to the operation, during which all the staff acted very professional and caring to help me feel better. Also, Dr Hamad Hawama doesn’t hesitate in letting you know you can contact him if you have any questions before and after the procedure to which I’m grateful for as the recovery process is delicate and having answers quickly in such important recovery window really reassures me

10/10 Top marks for this clinic. I recently had my hair transplant from this place and couldn't recommend it more, from the beginning until not only the end but even the after care was top notch. Doctor Hamad Hawama was my surgeon, what a kind and helpful man, very easy to talk to and runs you through everything while reassuring you at the same time. I was very specific about where I wanted my hair and he was very hospitable to my needs. I was given plenty of breaks in between as Im an uneasy person, to move around and readjust my positions. The clinic in itself was very nice and clean, even the location was easy to find with free parking. What stood out for me was as soon as I got home I received calls from the clinic and every morning since to check up on me and to reassure me. In my opinion that is top aftercare. I was even asked to show pictures to make sure everything looked good. This wasn’t my first transplant and I can assure you usually after a service people are so hard to get hold of. Not the case with Dr Hamad. Overall I felt at ease and loved the experience and was overwhelmed by it all, even the receptionist was very welcoming, I even got to choose what I got for lunch which was nice. And a the 2 nurses and Robbie who booked me in also very helpful informative. I have attached a few pictures to compliment my transplant and the clinic below for anybody who is considering a transplant I would 100% recommend Doctor Hamad’s Hair medics.

Dr Hamad Hawama was great and the surgery went well. I am really pleased with the results and would recommend anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant to just do it. The aftercare is great and you will be so happy with the results.

From the first appointment and being unsure of whether to proceed with my transplant or not I could tell they actually care about what they do here. There was no pushing for a sale just the facts and clear answers to all my questions. The marvelous Dr Hamad Hawama over saw all my treatments and surgery himself, also calling me twice just to make sure I was ok afterwards and to offer little tips as it’s as much my actions as well as there’s to make a great outcome
The day of the procedure came I turned up very anxious but this was all put aside by the doctor and his team. Once again everything was explained extremely well step by step with the reassurance I needed.
His two junior surgeons were also absolutely incredible nothing was to much for them (even staying behind and finishing my grafts after hours to assure I have the best results) I know this all sounds made up but truly it isn’t !!

I recently underwent a PRP procedure with Dr Hamad Hawama following my surgery. He was highly professional and provided valuable advice regarding hair loss treatments. I would highly recommend him for anyone seeking treatment for hair loss.

I am ordering minoxidil from Hairmedics and they only one who send you fast and without any problems the treatment you need! Almost impossible to find in EU otherwise Minoxidil with added needed ingridients, also bottle big enough and lasts longer than any typical options from local pharmacies. Amazing fast service, recommend

I had my FUE transplant procedure on 07.03.26 so its very early days at the moment, but everything on the day was excellent, very welcoming and professional.. Dr Hamad Hawama and his team treated me with the upmost care and attention!! Honestly 5* very highly recommended

I had my hair transplant procedure (FUE) with Dr hamad Hawama.
The treatment lasted approximately 7 hrs & Dr hamad & hes team were very reassuring & put me at ease as i was a bit nervous at the start.
The staff at hair medics from the phone consultations to the receptionist to the surgeon were all kind & warming.
The procedure could be painful at time but hopefully will all be worth it in the long run.

Been using 10% minoxidil with Pg for several years couldn’t recommend it enough so happy with results, and the customer service teams are amazing too

After doing extensive research, I called Hair Medics & spoke to a fantastic Gent named Rob - we had a long discussion regarding my situation, the protocol stack I had designed & whether it should be tweaked. He was fantastic in his manner & professional advice.

I purchased:

3: Tricho-Gen+ Rapid Hair Growth Stimulation

I have been comfortably using the above products, along with a micro needling pen for approx 4 weeks & have had regular communication with Rob since the purchase, for answering of questions I had & some mild tweaks to the application of the products.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the high level of service I received & the free gift also!

I shall continue using the products & Hairmedics, with the aim thickening existing hair on sides of head & face, with the aim of going for a hair transplant for my N7 either at the end of the year or early next.

Recently had a hair transplant with Hair Medic Uk, everything went really well from the initial phone call with Robbie who's always able to answer any questions about the whole procedure to the transplant surgeon Hamad and his team of Narges and Yetti. The whole team were excellent at what they done and patient and showed alot of passion and focus to make sure they done an amazing job.
