DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This company is fraudulent and will take your money and not send you the product. You can call, text, email them and they will not respond to any of your requests for your product or your money back. Be advised they are SCAMMERS!!!

If I could give no stars then I would..... I ordered my bundles December 4th it is now January 13th I’ve sent several emails no response and they’ve cut their comments off on Instagram and I can’t get in contact with anyone so I have to go threw my bank to get a refund

I have never had an issue with them before always ordered from them doing the bundle deal which was an amazing deal and my hair would be here in time..... but I ordered hair about a month ago and never had a notification to it shipping and didn't hear from them. they used to have great customer service and would contact you If something was wrong but this time that did not happen. i emailed them texted the number messaged them on insta all multiple times and not one word. I had to go through my bank to get my money back and luckily they did. I was very disappointed with this company, but even if they shut down do to covid they need to take down the website and instagram and not let people be able to still make purchases because the was ridiculous.

This company actually gets 0 Stars!! DO NOT order from this company i ordered in October & still no hair or refund had to file a claim with my bank! I have sent them several emails & txted the number provided no response! I tried txting the number again today to get a message back stating my number was blocked!!

horrible, i order on nov 22, 2020 and have yet to receive my damn order, i contacted them more than once and have yet to receive any further communication. they made sure to take my 168 dollars though. i now have to go through my bank and file a dispute with them in order to get my money back. i will NEVER order from these people ever again...

I ordered my bundles October 25 today’s date is November 28!!!!! I have been a frequent customer of this company and I’m so disappointed and honestly felt disrespected this was poor taste. I somehow came across this review something told me to look it up because they are shipping time was never this long I realized within three weeks something was up emailed them three times call the number live chat support everything nothing my bank even called them trying to figure it out the phone was just ringing I thankfully got my money back through my bank but it’s been a month already gone into December and I’m really sad about this Because I actually like their hair tragic

This company is VERYYYYY unprofessional, they don’t respond to any questions I contacted them through IG, customer service number and the website with no response. Still waiting to even see if my order was even processed and it’s been 2 weeks, I will never order from them again.

If 0 stars was an option...I believe this company to be fraudulent and/or a complete scam. They hide their Instagram comments when their customers complain. If you plan on contacting them for anything don’t even try. Worst customer service on the planet. You’ll be lucky if you can get a response in less than 2 weeks. Had to dispute my order because they would not cancel it after I asked them to on four different communication networks. If it wasn’t for my bank I’d be out $150 for nothing.

Do not buy this hair y’all please save your money . I got my hair last year and on the site it says the hair lasts up to three years okay cool got it and bleached abs plucked the knots and put it on , it was good at first ... but hair was literally everywhere omg shedding was unbelievable do not buy it . I paid under klarna and only paid one payment and I will not be paying them back the rest . They keep calling me about paying them and I keep telling them no this is bad hair foh . So I wrote the lady about my hair sent her pictures because oh yeah I had the biggest bald spot ever in the middle of it and she told me “ well maybe it’s the shampoo you used Lmfaoo I do my own hair how dare you say that . Then threatened to take me to court for not paying yeah okay you will never my hard earned money for that trash a** hair 😂😂

These are some of the most unprofessional people ever. DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT purchase from them i used the number on the instagram page to reach out to them about my order i ordered over a month ago that they told me i would’ve had over 3 weeks ago and i expresses my frustration and concern considering i spent my hard earned money and they replied some crying laughing faces and called me cussing me out.

This Company is a Scam. I ordered through Sezzle and after two weeks they have yet to respond to any emails or text. My order never ship nor was I provided a refund.

Guys first things first, I don’t even want to give them the benefit of one star. They are scam artist. I ordered custom hair through affirm with express shipping ($57), totaling it all out to about $332. I didn’t realize that since it was custom it couldn’t be express shipped. However he sent me plain hair....BUT never refunded the initial order. He is very rude, insulting, and unprofessional. He laughs about the fact that he robbed me close to $400 dollars. When i tried to comment on the instagram pictures, he blocked me and my number

I placed a order on March 22 I called on March 26th explain that I have a birthday on the 2nd and that I would need the hair a day before or on that day the man I spoke with said call back on Friday 27th so he could see what he could do about express shipping I called on Friday around business hours like he said no answer I called 4 times no answer or call back I assumed they were closed on the weekend so I wait til Monday the 30th at this point I’m in tears cause my birthday getting closer and closer he then explains to me I should of called on Friday there is nothing he can really do for me without express and then goes on to say my birthday really don’t matter cause people out here dying from rona mind you I understand but dat don’t got
$h*t to do wit me getting my hair on Thurs we get off phone my mom sees how upset I am & offer to pay for express ship so I call him right back 15 min later no answer I called 4 more times no answer or call back the whole day I still wait like a clown the next day on the 31st to call to try to get the express ship he rudely answer the phone irritated I’ve been calling all week when he could of just answered on Friday and tells me out his soup coolers I have no choice but to wait for standard ship which can take another 2 weeks and to stop calling I even said if I don’t get it Thursday I’m fine with Friday or Saturday this man was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful I don’t give a damn if all sells are final I want my money back this is such a disgusting company

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First off, I have ordered from this company previously and I was rather impressed at the timeliness and quality of the hair I received. So of course I return again to purchase and and guess what?!?!? It's been 30 days and I have not received anything! I called on day 12 because my order was ready for shipment but USPS has not received the item to ship it. Order was placed 2/9/20...shipment created 2/16/20 and that's where it stops. The guy who answer spoke so fast and monotone I couldn't understand what he was saying which I took as very ride because he responded with "that's just how I talk" when I asked. I've emailed, I've called and emailed and called with no response. Finally I text the number 310-954-7564 "where's my order" this mofo responded "please send a professional response to get a response please" EXCUSE ME! I almost lost my whole mind. These people are so unprofessional on soooo many levels. I don't have to talk too bad about them the reviews are true spend your money elsewhere because hair everywhere has really got some s h I t with them. And you wonder why so many of US don't support US. Well there you have it!

No stars should definitely be a option for this ' company ' .... DO NOT ORDER... I repeat DO NOT ORDER from HairEverywhere. I feel shame for being duped by such a trash business. My monies were processed immediately but hair til this day have yet to arrive... sitting in the ' label created ' category at the post office for 2wks... and they haven't received the item to ship yet. This order was placed mid- February... & ofcourse you cant reach anyone. The worst representation of a business I've ever encountered ... thank god I used a temporary Visa for this purchase and will be quickly reimbursed soooo... jokes really on them. Dont waste your time contacting these frauds for a refund.. just go directly to your financial institution for assistance when dealing with scam artists like this... the days your item never shipped are all the proof you need.

It’s February 14th 2020!!! I didn’t receive my hair I order February 1st I been trying to contact this fake trash company for two weeks this fake trash supervisor /manager keep sending me the shipping policy I highly recommend not ordering from this place customer service is phucking horrible I’m getting my money back!!! I should’ve read the reviews!!! Do not order from this place !!
