I lost 600+ because of their service... never again

I booked a round trip to Port-au-Prince (PAP), Haiti, on Booking.com, and the airline for the return flight was Hahn Air, a name I had only seen on travel booking websites until then. One the outbound flight, I flew with a different airline, a real one. The first leg of the return flight was supposed to be from PAP to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with a 12-hour layover there. Five business days before that flight, I realized that this connection did not exist at all because the border between Haiti and the Dominican Republic was closed, and all flights between both countries had been cancelled FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. Yet Hahn Air was still selling those flights on a closed air route. I informed Hahn Air of this and asked them to find me an alternative flight home. Of course they told me to sort this out with the travel agent, Booking.com, and Booking.com said they didn't see any issue with my flight.
Long story short: Despite the five-day notice, Hahn Air did nothing at all and they left me absolutely stranded in Haiti, so I had to book a one-way flight out of the country at the last minute with a different airline and via a different route. Then it took Hahn Air five months to give me a full refund, after countless emails with them and infuriating calls with Booking.com (you should NOT trust their customer service either). They finally relented when I sent them links to travel advice pages from various national governments warning that that border had been closed for months, and a link to EU law reminding them that they cannot sell nonexistent services. They're a total scam, an airline that owns no planes and sell nonexistent flights on closed air routes.
The whole sorry affair happened in 2024 but I am submitting this review now because I just saw that they are again offering flights on a regional airline in the Caribbean and there are major inconsistencies between the travel dates on that regional airline's website and the dates offered by Hahn Air. So once again, they are selling bogus flights and scamming people right now.
AVOID THEM

I booked with Hahn Air and their operating flight was Norse Airways. After I received my confirmation from Hahn Air, I went to Norse Air website and indeed my details were there and I secured my seats. Hahn Air is a independent booking that you use and have to go back to the airways they are operating with to confirm everything.

I had my flight there were no issues whatsoever. Book with Hahn Air you won't be disappointed.

Purchased a ticket from edreams on January 2025. Flight said to be operated by Hahn Air technologies. When tried to check in, reservation never existed. Had to purchase my ticket again.
After a year, edreams has not reimburse my money even though I purchase ticket from them, arguing they have not been refunded by Hahn Air. Worst part, after seeing a lot of similar complains, edreams is still offering flights with this FAKE company.

Terrible - cancelled lang haul flight, which I had booked 8 months before 1 month before travel. I'm still waiting for my refund 2 months later! Do not reccomend - there's a reason why they're cheaper!

La aerolínea cancelo mi vuelo, llevo casi treinta días esperando el rembolso, las agencia Edreams me recomienda que me comunique con la aerolínea y la aerolínea me recomienda lo tramiten por la agencia dicho rembolso, conclusiones que sigo sin recibir el reembolso, no volvería a utilizar esta vía para comprar billetes, no lo recomiendo sino quiere ser estafado.

Versucht man zu einem Lockpreis zu buchen, ist der Preis stets (Versuch 37x) viel höher. Man muss gar aufpassen, dass man nicht bucht, weil plötzlich die Rechnung viel höher wird. Total unfair, dringend abzuraten, Bauernfängerei !!

Suddenly cancelled my flight without any reason. They just decided they didn’t want to fly that day, but still continued to sell flight tickets for that day and time. Total scam company. Avoid like the plague.

I booked my Flight , all paid , then this airline tells me that this Flight is not going to happen ! so eine Scheiss Firma, I will distribute this Information world wide ! I know people everywhere !

Avoid at all cost. They moved my flight three hours early, didn't bother giving my contact info. to the carrier so I missed the flight, and now refuse to return the money the carrier has refunded. This company should not be allowed to operate.

Flug wurde um Stunden verschoben. Eine Stornierung mit Rückerstattung wurde nicht gegeben, obwohl ein anderer Reisetag genommen werden musste was mit zusätzlichen Flug- und Hotelkosten verbunden war. Damit wurde sich am Kunden bereichert ohne dass eine Leistung erbracht worden ist.

These people cancelled flight back from Thailand without reason, offered me to stay in Thailand 4 days extra with no costs covered. Trying to contacting them is close to impossible! Will NEVER fly with them ever again!

Vente mensongère!
Lors d'un voyage au Népal, je me rends compte que toutes les compagnies aériennes népalaises sont bannies de l’espace aérien de l’Union européenne. En effet, pour des raisons de sécurité, elles sont sur liste noire.
Je vois que la compagnie Hahn Air opère au Népal et serait la seule à ne pas être en liste noire.
La différence de prix: près de 5 à 10 X supérieure aux compagnies locales. Un voyage à 200€ alors que de nombreux tickets avec les compagnies locales sont entre 20-40€.
Je décide de mettre la différence de prix, en pendant que je volerai donc dans un avion plus sûr.
Mais c'était sans compter sur cette vente mensongère: Hahn Air Lines GmbH ne fait que revendre des tickets, et je vole donc sur un avion d'une compagnie locale... en ayant payé 10x + cher que mes voisins.
Du vol ! (sans mauvais jeux de mots)

Vol annuler aucune solution trouvée injoignable dommage qu’on peux pas mettre 0 étoiles des voleurs qui ne réponde pas aux téléphones mais pour encaisser ces les premiers en espérant que leur boîte coule car encaisser pour annuler un vol et laisser les clients sans solution ni réponse j’appelle sa du vol et je parle pas d’avion.

Umbuchung wegen Anulierung der Airline war eine Katastrophe
Die Buchung und die Ausstellung der Tickets war absolut okay. Das Problem fing an, als die ausführende Fluggesellschaft AZUL den Rückflug gestrichen hat. Die Tickets waren von Kissandfly jedoch auf Hahnair ausgestellt und das war eine Katastrophe. Bis 12 Stunden vor Abflug hatten wir keine gültigen Tickets, weil Kissandfly und Hahnair sich die Schuld gegenseitig in die Schuhe schoben. Mindestens 30 Emails und 40-50 Telefonate mit AZUL in Brasilien, Hahnair und Kissundfly ( sowie die Androhung eines Schadenersatzverfahrens ). Jemand der keine Erfahrung in der Flug/touristik branche hat wäre gescheitert. Die Gesetze versucht man mit Füssen zu treten. Bei Kissundfly kommt man telefonisch nicht an fachkundige Agenten, nur Mitarbeiter die den Fall aufnehmen und weiterleiten. Es kann also nicht diskutiert werden, weil diese Mitarbeiter weder Ahnung und erst recht keine Kompetenz zum sofortigen Handeln haben. Ich selbst bin gelernter Luft/Reiseverkehrskaufmann und habe im Studium ebenfalls die rechtlichen Pflichten des Beförderungsvertrags gelernt, ich kann mir ein Urteil zur Sache erlauben. Gegen Hahnair überlege ich eine Klage anzustreben, denn die geben weder telefonisch noch per Email irgendwelche Auskünfte und verweisen nur auf den Reisevermittler. Dies ist nach EU Recht illegal. Die ausstellende Fluggesellschaft hat für die Beförderung zu sorgen, die durchführenden Gesellschaften sind lediglich Erfüllungsgehilfen von Hahnair.

Harnair doesn't even exist. We are stranded in the airport with no flights. This airline doesn't exist. The flight number doesn't exist. Even the company just fly cant help . We'll be seeking legal help on this situation as they are completely fraudulent and scam you and take your money. Flight 8024 doesn't exist. Left stranded with no way of getting home from bodrum. What a disgrace.

Never ever ever book a flight with them.
We booked a flight, they cancelled it, but then radio silence. We lost our money. Even the travel agent is unable to contact them.

Never book with Hahn Air. I booked a flight with Expedia which went through Hahn Air. They cancelled the flight. Expedia informed me but Hahn Air did not. Expedia say that Hahn Air must refund me direct, but I cannot get through to them. They only accept communication via email, and their standard forms do not accept their own ticket numbers or IATA numbers so the form will not send. It is impossible to get a refund, and so I have no flight and I am out of pocket too.
