Gymtier Omdömen 

I've used gymtier for a few years but notice the quality of products has gone downhill...
T-shirts seem cheaper material and aren't 'muscle-fit'.
I ordered mediums 2 years ago and was very happy with the fit and quality. I'm still the Same size (maybe a bit bigger) and ordered medium again...really baggy and loose fitting..not muscle fit at all..Just a bang average cheap t-shirt with a motive ironed on (which will probably come off after a couple of washes).
Suggest ordering a size smaller and be prepared for disappointment...there are better quality brands out there now at similar prices.
A real shame as I used to love this company.... probably won't ordered again.

Update: took the plunge and ordered same T shirts in a smaller size. No email confirming my order and no way to get in touch with customer service....
I fear they've gone under......

Be wary

If I could give 0 stars I would. T-shirts that came are such a cheap material that you could get off a market, I have posted my return for a refund and it’s been delivered to them as I’ve tracked it and no response, customer service is diabolical as no one gets back to you. Don’t bother ordering from this scam site, £70 for 5 t shirts that are cheap and horrible and looks like my refund won’t be happening either. SCAM!!

The website said 1-3 days delivery in the UK, so I ordered for going away to the World Cup. We're on day 4 now, and they haven't even been sent. I probably won't get them in time, so they're going straight back for a refund, oh well.

Terrible service. It has been 3 days since I placed my order, and all I have received is a single email saying, "We received your order, we will let you know when we dispatch your order."
​It has now been 3 days with no emails and no updates. Sort your problems out ASAP, guys. We shouldn't have to wait this long just to get an update on an order.

Been using them for about 6 years never had a problem!

Arrived quickly, size perfect, excellent quality material.

Ordered a t-shirt months ago. Still not arrived. Customer service is almost non existent, automated response followed up days later by an email offering a refund or replacement. Asked for a replacement still no sign of the phantom t-shirt, followed up again by email nothing but radio silence! Save your money and avoid.

Poor quality product, impossible to contact someone, you need toninstall an app to track your order, no update on orders, poor experience...

Sent wrong tshirts ordered 6 sent 3 customer service is shocking no idea how or when will get rest of order.
WONT BUY AGAIN

Have bought various gymtier previously.A month ago bought two hoodies ( Green & Black) .Quality very poor colour fading ( Correct wash) & shrunk. Very disappointing. Even the normally chunky draw string has been replaced with a very thin piece of string.Such a shame to drastically cut back the quality so much.

I paid quite a lot for muscle fit T-shirts and Polo shirts. I received normal T-shirts and polo shirts. All had the branding B&C labels left in them and no gym tier branding in site. The same B&C products can be purchased online for around £4. I paid 5x that amount through gymtier! Quality is terrible and they are not muscle fit at all.

SCAM company! They send out cheap quality clothing and charge a lot for them. You return the items and never receive your refund. Despite sending them a number of e-mails, I’ve heard nothing back! AVOID at all costs!!

This was my 3rd time ordering, on the first two occasions the delivery and items were fantastic and within 3 days - on this occasion I have ordered over £170.00 worth of clothing, its been a week and I have had nothing, no reliable tracking information and no feedback from support - I'm hoping to hear something back today/Monday - failing that I will have no option but to write another review with a 1 Star and look at how to get a refund - oh and a contact form on there support page is non-existent.

Sehr cooles Design, jedoch lässt die Qualität stark zu wünschen übrig. Bei dem Preis pro Shirt erwartet man, dass es weder beim waschen eingeht, die Elastizität nach kurzer Zeit leidet, der Print verblasst oder sich der Print ablöst. Leider ist hier alles eingetreten und das bei 4 von 4 Shirts.

Great price good selection could improve however

I ordered from Gymntier on the 18th April which was confirmed by email, the dispatch email arrived the 20th.Today 7th May I attempted to enter the site to track the order. This had failed as the site and support cannot be reached.

T shirts not adequate to the guidance on the website.
According to them 2xxl...on my back like parachute.
Came without printing..and late.

Not recommending

I ordered £104 of clothing they was delivered in good time and was really nice clothing, they was to big so I started the refund procedure and sent them back within the time I ordered them in the size I needed (as specified on their refund policy) it has been 4 weeks now and with trying everyday possible to contact them Ive not heard anything back, Im very disappointed that no acknowledgement has been made and no refund in my bank. I wouldnt order unless you know your exact size from purchases with them.

I have sent a number of items back I have not received any response or no refund nobody has contacted or no refund given back please could I be refunded for my items
