Purchased shorts but was sent the wrong size. After paying to return the item I’m yet to receive a refund. So I’m out of pocket and don’t have the correct item, nor refund. Stay away from these scammers!

Having placed an order and read the expected delivery time of 3-5 days I looked forward to receing my item in the not too distant future. 2 weeks later, having not received the item or any communication from Gymtier I raised a 'ticket' on their website via an online form. A couple of days later I received an email advising me my item had just been dispatched for delivery. Again I patiently waited but another 10 days went past but no delivery. I raised another ticket to express my frustration and concern. I received an email apologising and asking me to give the company until 2nd Oct to deliver the item ordered and paid for...this would mean from order to 'expected' delivery a delay of almost a full month. Unacceptable! Would NOT recommend

I've placed three orders with Gymtier so far and have been really happy with my experience. The clothing is good quality, fits well, and is reasonably priced compared to a lot of other gym wear brands.

I've seen some reviews criticising the delivery times, but that hasn't been my experience. The shipping isn't Amazon Prime fast, but it's still perfectly reasonable and I've never felt like I was waiting an excessive amount of time for my orders to arrive.

Overall, if you're looking for decent quality gym clothing at a fair price, I'd definitely recommend Gymtier based on my experience.

I have bought from this site before! The quality seems good, but its a VERY FRUSTRATING site to use! You an order the same thing 3 times and get 3 different prices! You order a 3 pack of t shirts but at checkout you get 2 for the same price! So weird! Sort it out pls

Left a bad review as didn't think parcel would arrive, eventually got it plus refund 👍 just a msg to say it was gonna be late would of been suffice, no problem

What went wrong 😂😂😂 are you kidding me??? I think it’s beyond comprehension that you have the audacity to ask for a review when I never even received the product I bought in good faith…
I repeatedly sent email to which you assured me my order was on route to no avail.
So how would I rate your company? A massive zero.. future I’d ward anyone from ordering from your company and say avoid like the plague!!!
Beyond disappointed and feel robbed of trust and product also seriously damaged my trust in ordering on line ever again and giving growing companies the opportunity.
Hope you seriously take my review into consideration and treat future buyers and customers accordingly

I placed an order on 15th August, which still hasn't arrived. Received an email on the same date confirming my order but no correspondence received since.
Just checked their location which is in Ripon, North Yorks. I could have walked there, had a weeks holiday and walked back in that time!

Plus you can't even track your order because the shop app just doesn't work.

Really poor experience and will not be ordering with them ever again. Its a shame because they do have some nice looking stuff on their site. There is no shortage of rival companies selling similar items which have never let me down.

Needless to say I have requested a full refund.

I ordered a vest which was ment to be here between 1=3 days supposedly sent on Royal mail 48 ....i still have not recieved the item after 6 days and can not track it .I messaged their customer support and was told i have to wait till the 17th of August before they will look into it which i find unacceptable ..Not the most reliable company

Very poor quality t-shirt made in Haiti. Not even made straight, one shoulder is higher than the other so it doesn’t sit right. One to avoid.

Tshirts were poor quality for what was paid.

Bought mystery box, it wouldnt get through customs and was returned to sender.

I contacted them, they left me without a reply for a week. Asked did i wish to resend or refund. We opted on resend. Same thing happened.

This time they ignored my emails for 2 weeks. They did refund in the end. But the lack of contact from them after an issue does not leave me with faith in them as a company

Awful company! Avoid!! The quality is poor and sizing is off. I returned the clothes but they completely ignored all emails and correspondence. I had to go through my bank to deal with them and three weeks plus later, they were forced to refund me finally.

Never wrote reviews.. crappy quality and lost my money after i returned. I’m now chasing the owners after searching the company on companies house website
