fantastic service not saw snobs happy to give advice and help over phone.I now live down south but get a better service from Rob and the lads. Recintley visited main stihl dealer near me, because on my old stihl 084 the spur gear broke. Then told by stihl dealer near me that the part was very old and discontinued it could not be fixed, maybe try ebay! I called Rob who informed me that sthil do a upgrade kit " Yes get in" ordered,posted,delivered, fitted old boy lives again !!! Thanks to Rob and his team every time great service.

I recently made a purchase of a Stihl chainsaw helmet from Gusthart, and it reached me promptly and securely packed. Despite the timely delivery, the visor had a defect. When I reached out on a Friday afternoon, Kyle from Gusthart demonstrated exceptional assistance. He quickly organized a replacement which was delivered the following day. Their customer service truly impressed me with its speed, friendliness, and dedication to resolving issues. I highly recommend their service! Kudos to Kyle for his excellent support.

Have used company a couple of times, service has deteriorated since first order. Latest order 287056 only partially delivered …..3 months on. Have already chased twice, now given up.

While the items on this order were placed as pre-order products without a confirmed delivery date, we fully accept that the experience over the last three months has fallen short of the standard we aim to provide.
You did contact us earlier this week via live chat and were correctly advised that the remaining items are still on order with the manufacturer. However, we recognise that repeated chasing without a firm resolution is frustrating, and we should have been more proactive in managing expectations and offering clearer options.

Bought a Stihl battery pole saw Hsa86 handy tool,but the built quality is poor on the extension screw area,it is weak at the point and been repaired twice already this year the plastic sleeve inside isn’t strong enough and this where it fails.

Myself and my father before me have been going to Gustharts since the very beginning. I picked up another new chainsaw and some spares last week. This is a great outfit to deal with - loads of stock and very very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I like to go in just to see the boss's dog. Highly highly recommended.
