Das ist keine Modemarke. Die Jacke die ich auch habe ist aus China und wird überall angeboten.....in Polen verkauft das jede Butike der einfach das verkauft.
Es ist einfach verarbeitet und aber keine Markenware wie hier vermarkt wird. Ich habe beschlossen die Sachen im echt anzusehen oder Live zu sehen wie sich präsentieren. Kaufe nicht mehr als Foto dargestellt zu sein.

Awful! Avoid!
Absolutely horrendous quality: cheap Chinese stuff. Arrived in a worn plastic bag, no labels, substandard and not as advertised. When contacted, company informed me that they do not have a developed return system in place and referred me to the third party warehouse in China, furthermore I had to bear the cost of shipping myself! Appalling, avoid at all costs.

Terrible quality dress and return policy. The item I received looked absolutely nothing like it was advertised on the website. It was paper thin, extremely cheap appearing, and already tearing at the seams. I am not sure who wrote these previous reviews about return policy because I did not have a similar experience. In fact, I was discouraged from returning the item despite the poor quality as the company said they did not have the resources to re-sell the item. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone and wish I had done my due diligence prior to buying something off an Instagram ad.

Ho comprato (di fretta e senza controllare il sito)un vestito sul loro sito che é a dir poco orribile. Pagato 50 € ma non ne vale nemmeno 2. Tessuto orribile, cucito male e di almeno 2 taglie piu grande. Ho chiesto di poterlo restituire ed essere rimborsata e mi hanno mandato un indirizzo di restituzione in Cina🤣. Successivamente me ne hanno dato uno in Lituania, praticamente mi costa più la spedizione che il costo del vestito. Altri soldi per questa fregatura non lì spendo. Chissà se me li avrebbero ridati poi. Non comprate nulla da loro la qualità é davvero pessima.

Really bad quality products
I bought a dress to my daughter not realising that this was a Chinese shop. Dress was really ugly and not as shown at the pictures. They don’t have a return label from the Netherlands meaning I will have to pay the costs myself. €11,50. I threw the dress away, it was garbage anyway. Don’t buy nothing from this shop. And a lesson to myself, to always check where the goods are coming from.

They contacted me and will refund me without sending the goods if I remove my review. This is really a scam. Don’t buy anything here.

Awful returns policy, poor quality, not as described
Awful returns policy, poor quality, not as described, jumper also smelled like chemicals. Was told they had no returns label for my country (the UK) and in order to return, I’d need to send to China at my own expense. Or they’d offer me a 15% refund to keep the jumper, when I said no, they upped it to 35%. They tried to use ‘sustainability’ as their reason for this…..the least sustainable approach I can think of. Save yourself the money, time and sanity.

Everything other 1-star reviewers say is true. Quality is poor: sizing is NOT as shown on their website, items have no tags to indicate material or how to clean…. I received on item that isn’t even the same colors as shown on their website and they told me to pay to ship it back to China and THEN they’d refund the price of the sweater. One item didn’t ship for 3 weeks and they wouldn’t let me cancel the order. One item arrived damaged and this was the only piece they said they’d refund. Absolute worst experience - do NOT purchase from this company.
UPDATE: Gusaino reached out to me and agreed to refund the cost of two sweaters (one visibly damaged, the other defective as it's not the same colors as on their website)... BUT ONLY if I delete this review. I've been refunded for one sweater but not the second. Zero stars.

Refunding/returns policy not fit for purpose.
Sending article back to China that I was supposed to pay for is ridiculous.
On a relatively inexpensive item this was not financially viable.

Ehen you buy the return policy is you can return it, bit now They tell to me that its only posible with product defects and you have to send to another county at your own expense. Never ever again. Lovely product - good service
Bought two items, both good quality. One didn’t fit and they refunded quickly, the other fit perfectly. Great communications, they got back quickly and I’m pleased with the product and the service. Will use again.
