Less than 1 star if I could. This retail webshop is a scam… DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! They will send you something completely different to what you ordered and then never respond to your inquiries about a refund. The other reviews that are proping up their rating here are definitely fake.

Das ist absolute Billigware!! NICHTS DORT KAUFEN. Habe meine Bestellung zurückgeschickt und renne meinem Geld hinterher.

Worst customer service ever disguised in care for environment and stuff like that. Actually they probably are selling alibaba or aliexpress and they make you do so many steps in order to finally tell you that you have to pay for sending an item back to China(which by the way, doesn’t even look like in the picture) or they can refund you a 15% off the product which they claim it is sooo beautiful. Yux!!!

Pire expérience de toute ma vie de l'arnaque sa vient tout droit de chine .aucune qualité juste ils font de belles photo sur les réseaux sociaux .
Ensuite ils font les morts à ne pas répondre ,ils m'ont bloqué sur Instagram et non jamais jamais répondu à mes mails .
Ne vous faites pas arnaquer n'achetez jamais sur se site 🤮

Stinkende, schlecht verarbeitete Chinaware, nichts von Markenartikel.
Wollte es retournieren, um das Geld zurückzuerhalten, aber haben mir falsche Adresse angegeben und das Paket kam zurück! Rückversand kostete mich über 30Chf und wer weiss, was mich das noch kosten wird. Nie wieder!!! Ich rate allen von diesem dubiosen Geschäft ab!

I'm very upset with this seller! The Webside looks so nice and the products with the offered price seemed too good to be true....but I tried, since they replied to me on Instagram very nice, that I can return the goods if they don't fit or I don't like them! I received a jacket, that was honestly nowhere near the picture on the webside....so I wrote them that I want to return the jacket and they agreed - i paid the return myself, which is fine, I can totally understand that. I have send them the trackingnumber, which was delivered on 19th january to a postoffice, since no one was available at the provided adress. I have even told them that information....and since then NO ANSWER...I have wrote them so many mails - no feedback...I'm super upset and really advise to not buy from this seller....I really tried, but I'm now waiting for almost a month for a feedback and nothing....
So please do not buy from this side - since they put absolutly no efford in customers service which is one of the most important things nowadays....

I have purchased my coat before Christmas, and I was really mesmerized by it's quality for such a dissent price. Everywhere I go I get compliments and I love the way it looks. I will definitely look inro some other items to purchase from this company.

The fit was true to size and the quality is fantastic! I love my outfit

I purchased 2 items on the 28th of November 2023. I have not received anything still ! I emailed them on 3 occasions, I have not had any reply .
Appalling service.

Further to this review of mine they finally replied to my email. Of course they were apologetic and they will refund me. BUT: it will be in 3 installments that take 10 days each to process !!!

Produit commandé et jamais reçu. Aucun service après vente malgré de nombreuses sollicitations. Pas de renvois , pas de remboursement , même pas une personne avec qui échanger pour ce litige .

Je ne recommande pas , à part si vous souhaitez perdre votre argent et votre temps .

Ware ist mehr als billig, wurde auch aus China verschickt, demnach keine europäische Ware.
Nachdem wochenlang meine Bestellung nicht rausgeschickt wurde, musste ich etwa 3-5 mal per E-Mail nachhaken, bis es verschickt wird.

Gusaino clothing is a high quality product. I am highly recommend this product.

It’s a real rip off, whoever got problems with this company you can submit complaint to the Department of consumer affairs, there also you can find out information how legally return your money for the products that didn’t satisfy your needs.
I am sure that positive reviews are fake, they can’t have good products

Ordered an item in October 2023, still no delivery. Emailed them twice, no response. I regret buying thing from them.

Terrible quality product! Avoid at all costs! No return system. You will have to bear the shipping costs back to China's warehouse yourself! The Puffer Jacket looks NOTHING like advertised! The max cost of it is like $50 and they sell it for $200. RIP OFF!

Horrible!!!!I buy puffy jackets with hoody but sent me normal jacket with out hoody I pay 200$ no refund not return communication very bad with them ‼️‼️‼️‼️please be careful ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
