Donna contacted me the next day after the claim was submitted and thoroughly notated the charges. Phil showed up within a few days to perform the inspection. Donna maintained constant communication throughout the process as well as ensured that I understood the process, what was covered, etc. The claim process went very smoothly and quickly.
