Absolutely disgusting company, took my money for an order, they then cancelled and removed the order from my account. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn't listen, I didn't have an order number due to them. DONT USE.

I should have known better.
Steer well clear.
Their customer service is no help at all. Only half of my goods arrived. When I disputed this, I was told that I’d refused delivery! What for half the goods, I’d paid for? That’s ridiculous. Alibaba.com still saw in the sellers favour, so I’ve paid double the advertised price and full shipping costs.

I knew something was up when all the reviews on a product of alibaba.com was from the same person on different days thanks trustpilot.com reviews for confirming alibaba are dodgy

🤣🤣🤣🤣 they are selling a Dueltron ultra scooter that normally ranges from 3/4K for £289... these people scam you for your money snd you think you are getting a crazy deal. They get your credit card details and it goes from there. Take this warning. Do not deal, read the 99% reviews before you do something silly.

Terrible service ,been waiting over 3 months on delivery , useless chat service ,kept making excuses for tracking numbers ,don't use these people ,scammers ,I'm about 300 out if pocket , website/app are useless

I have just bought 2 patio chairs which on the photo looked like bamboo when I received them they were made of cheap plastic . The seat covers were made of the cheapest material . DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've just had a phone call from a company called nssex asking me to invest in this company and when I asked to speak to the boss of the company to find out were they got my details they cut me off stay clear

Bought nothing off them but thanx for heads up guys.... Thank God for Google..... After reading reviews I wouldnt order a shoe lace off this company.

I made an order at 20/01/2021. When I was negotiating with the company, I asked them how much time would take to receive my products due to COVID-19. They said to me the delivery time would be about 15-20 working days. Now as I am writing this review (16/03/2021):

1. I have not received any products yet!
2. Based on the shipment tracking, my order is not even arrived to my destination country yet!
3. Alibaba has changed my order status as "delivered" but I have NO products!
4. Alibaba do not let me to enter a review for the company. They tell me exactly: "You have run out of time to write a review for this order." and not even received the order yet!!

Be very careful when buying from Alibaba!! There are a lot of scam business

Alibaba.com is not a trusted and unprofessional platform. A lot of scam supplier, they will sent you a wrong product or the shipping fee is really high for the low quality goods. I have experienced from the Company Guangzhou Maigi industrial Corporation limited, name of the supplier Wendell is unprofessional one i’ve ever experienced. „He told me I must to pay for their Exports license“ the machine doesn’t match on the picture shown, without CE exports license but alibaba allowed those scammers and they will never help you for any problems from supplier.
Never again from Alibaba.com.

Horrible website. If you shall ever have the misfortune to buy goods of low quality, then you can be sure that noone on Alibaba will help you, in fact they protect their own and scam customers. A return rate of 20% on Amazon due to faulty items apparently wasn't enough proof for them that there is anything wrong with the item. It's "your risk as a seller" they say. No, it's not my entrepreneurial risk to buy goods of low quality. That's just insane.

Duurt soms wel wat lang, maar alles komt !!!!!!!!!
klein ding van € 2,41 duurde 6 weken maar het werd - goed verpakt - met een koeriersbedrijf thuis gebracht. Had ook zo door de brievenbus gekund.
En dat voor dat luttele bedrag !!!

January 16, 2018, I ordered and paid for a drone, Xiaomi Mi 4K Drone, and paid 4419.18 SEK through AliExpress, the package came to me after about 2 weeks.
After 4-5 flights, drone did not work any more, I could not fly anymore.
Since then, I've been in contact with the seller Milly Electronics, who pulled out on time saying that they do not pay my money back, they do not change drone and send me a whole new working drone either.
I have contacted AliExpress as in all the chats that I saved, just saying that they understand that they are going to make a refundable case which takes 10-12 business days.
-All the time after each time the answer has just been that I lost the case.
-When I protested in a new chat, I was chatting with someone new to AliExpress who again said they understood that I was right and the seller was wrong, they would really help me, it became another case.
-And this has been for almost 3 months now!

-The day before yesterday, on the 2nd of May, a representative who called himself responsible, wrote clearly that they would refund 4419.18 SEK within 48 hours, and that I would keep my bank account, and there has still not been a single krone AliExpress!

-In a new chat today, Kellie says on AliExpress that her colleague has given me a false statement and that my thing once again becomes a thing to decide again!
-When will we end this, when will I get my money back?
- Is this kind of nonchalance, this fraud on the internet really legally permitted?
-If you are a consumer, buyers are you completely unprotected from companies like AliExpress or from their sellers they collaborate with?

I stand with a drone I can not fly with, I have filming and given the seller and AliExpress the evidence they have asked for, AliExpress says that they clearly see me right, Yet after 3 months, I have not yet received my money back!

- Now you have the opportunity to really prove the opposite, either to pay me back my money 4419.18 SEK, or send me what I've actually paid for but not yet receivedstill after 3 month, a new fully functional Xiaomi Mi 4K Drone ....!

-If you do not choose any of the options, you only prove facts, that customers really should be careful and not trade at all from you, whether it's AliExpress or Alibaba..!
