Scam company! I paid for an order. They cancelled it due to "unavailability". Promised me a refund. Never got it. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Keep well away.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company! Will definitely be using again, although not as often as I'd like :(( the prices are great, but I went to order a new Drag x, e liquids & coils, I couldn't afford it straight out, so wanted to pay by Paypal/clearpay/Open pay etc, but unfortunately u didn't have any of these, so regrettably I've got to go to another company which isn't as reliable and the prices too high, but I have no choice. Please, please consider 🙏the above options, as u will get more business, as there are many people like myself, that just can't afford a new vape straight out.
But delivery was very quick, coils were a brilliant price. Thank u guys!

BEWARE - PRICES EXCLUDE VAT! Remember to add 20% to the advertised price!
I was disappointed to find out that the prices displayed are without VAT! Whilst I appreciate that it is your responsibility to pay VAT, it is very misleading (as well you know) not to advertise this fact. There are very few online companies that display the prices of their products or services ex-VAT. I would suggest you advertise that your prices are without VAT and perhaps you would gain trust and repeat business from your customers? A little underhand many would argue!

Please have another look at our postage options. The tracked 48 service is completely free so if you want to have free postage on all items, you can simply choose that. We never forced you to choose the first class service.
And regarding the VAT, unfortunately there is nothing we can do as it is by law our responsibility to pay it.

What great customer service!
What great customer service - I ordered the wrong coils so got in touch, instead of them cancelling my order & telling me to order the right one, the sent me the coils I needed.
Been using this company through their eBay store too, delivery is always so quick and is the cheapest I’ve found too. Thanks!
